However thanks to Charters' efficiency at every stage of the sale, the process has been painless. My purchase was perhaps unusually straightforward but, having done a quick and efficient job arranging viewings and getting a sale agreed she had the good sense to leave the lawyers to it. I like her direct approach and relaxed sense of humour.
