Amazing experience with Charters!

I queried a viewing for a property in Southampton at the beginning of this week. I was dealt with by a lovely employee called Samuel Scott who booked me in that day for a viewing. He was very professional but also very friendly and helpful. We have now been accepted for the property and organising the move. Very professional yet personal service that resulted with us finding an apartment that was absolutely spot onA special mention to Thomas A. who drove our search, listened to what we were after and was very responsive to our questions and emails. Very supportive for a first time renter

Well, trying to navigate the rental market as a first time renter has been pretty challenging. Indeed, trying to engage many agents has been very frustrating - but not Charters! Lewis Pearce from Charters in Bishops Waltham showed us a number of properties. We changed our brief during the search and Lewis listened to us and was able to understand what we were looking for - resulting in us finding the right place after a very long search. Lewis was always polite, professional, friendly and helpful. He was also efficient and hardworking- arranging several viewings back to back at short notice on several occasions and always communicating with us to ensure we had all the information on planned viewings. He used his knowledge of the local area to help us understand it better and choose the right village for us. Lewis gave us time to think about our options and at no point did we feel under pressure to make a decision. As a Landlord living remotely on a Scottish island we rely heavily upon the Charters team to fully manage and organise all the elements surrounding our rental property in Winchester. After five years of a stable tenancy we found ourselves having to remarket the property To Let once again and complete all the necessary Check Out and Check In processes surrounding a new tenancy.Gary & Sarah in Winchester were quick, effective and efficient in marketing and finding new tenants. Sarah was an excellent communicator and went out of her way to visit the property and provide real time updates.Rebekah in the behind the scenes property management team headed up by Tracy both handled everything together including a quick redecoration of the property between the outgoing and ingoing tenants. We chose Charters because we thought they were the most professional agency in our area. They delivered on their commitment to reletting our rental property within the month of August.
