GoogleI have interacted with a lot of Estate/Letting Agents in Cardiff and Moginie James have been brilliant. They have been really good at responding quickly to enquiries, really helpful with lots of information and regularly check in to keep me up to date. All the properties are very well managed and they have excellent information and advice about the Residency Scheme and Tenant Liability Insurance. They have a brilliant website which clearly guides you through applications and is a brilliant resource. I was shown around by Andrew in the Roath office who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and really made an effort to give me as much information about the property as possible. He also checked other details and got back to me to answer my more complicated questions. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI sold a house through Moginie James this month and what struck me most was their genuine customer care. Graham in particular was consistently helpful and friendly from start to finish but every member of staff I dealt with was equally friendly. I was dealing with a personal issue during the sale and the staff were so considerate and understanding. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleThis letting agency has been amazing to say the least. From the level of professionalism to the astounding customer service. I had just had a horrible experience with another letting agency so I was feeling a bit on edge to deal with another one. However, Andy (Absolute superstar) , was terrific from the get go! He offered a virtual viewing given I live very far away which was so considerate. He then talked me through absolutely everything, making sure to call and email me to double check/confirm things to ensure that I wouldn't have any trouble. Andy also explained in detail my options for insurance given I'll be moving into a newly refurbished place, and I wouldn't have thought of that on my own. All in all, smooth sailing experience and a wonderful team at Moginie James!

GoogleIt was a difficult task selling the property in Lion Court as there just isn’t the market for 1 bedroom flats. However, once we decided to get onboard with Moginie James things changed for the better. We got more viewings and Cat at MG was extremely professional, helpful and informative through the whole process until an offer was received and accepted. Many thanks to the team.

FacebookI would NEVER recommend anyone to rent or buy off this company. I have been renting since November 2019, every single day is a absolute nightmare. There is so much wrong with my flat and they do nothing to help. My tenancy is only for a year thankgod but I can honestly say it’s been the worst year of my life 👍🏽
Absolutely useless company!!!!!!!.. They will read this and still ignore you!!.. How they can charge what they do.. For the state on the property and never carry out maintenance I don't know.. I'm currently on hold to environmental health for the 2nd time.. Through these.. Anyone reading this... Stay clear for your own sanity 👊
