Nathan delt with the maintenance issue with companssion and efficency. I was worried to call in repairs as I dont like to be a bother but he was friendly and made me feel at ease and had the repairs done very promptly which made me feel safe. Thankyou Nathan.

Took long time to fix the electricity switch and heater and reluctant to demonstrate the use of heaters/boilers.in the property when moved in. Need to consider demonstrating the boilors and heaters when a new tenent moves in. Good quality of repair work.
