Craig knew what we wanted to downsize to, the same area we already lived in and liked, so local and of course a good price. He found the house through his local knowledge and good relationship with the seller. He was very nice to deal with, always available and reassuring. The sale of our property was through the commercial people.

GoogleWas meant to view a property with them spent 2 hours getting there and took a day of annual leave the agent did not even bother to show up at the property. Called the agency around 6 times and waited for an hour each time they told me that they would ring back but I never heard from them. If you are looking to waste your time then this is the correct agency. Staff were very unhelpful and blatantly lie to your face. Poorly run company Indeed

We had a great experience with Martyn Gerrard. From a realistic valuation - to a good flow of interest with respect to times we said we couldn't offer viewings - through to a successful sale. Kastro was always easy to get hold of and did a great job of getting the sale through.
