GoogleAndrew was brilliant from day one. He made time at short notice to meet me at my property as he understood I was going abroad and needed to find Tenants quickly. I was confident on the advice he gave me when we met and knew I could trust him to do a good job. Within a week he had an excellent Tenant. 5* service all round.

Google10/10! I had to write a quick review as estate agents get a bad press and quite rightly a lot of the time. These guys are different class though. Even though we didn't find a flat through them, we wish we had and would definitely sell with them in the future. Hats off to Kyri, Jess and the manager Craig. keep up the good work!

View Agentssale achieved despite difficult background circumstances
Kastro David was always courteous and punctual for appointments. Despite difficult circumstances that arose in this case, he remained upbeat and confident that we would eventually get to exchange of contracts and he must have managed to pass this sense of confidence to those at the bottom of the chain who had been on the verge of pulling out because of delays at the top of the chain.

I appointed Martyn Gerrard to sell my property as initially they seemed very professional but upon instructing them the service was extremely poor. I experienced many issues such as: not being able to do viewings and either just not doing them and missing the selling opportunity or asking me to do them instead, forgetting I had an alarm, incorrect particulars, booking viewings for the wrong house, surprisingly limited knowledge of the local area. In addition Martyn Gerrard provide you the email of the owner for if you experience issues. I emailed him and my email just got forwarded to my contact at Martyn Gerrard so it seems that providing you with the owners details is just marketing.

I can see that things obviously did not go as you expected and I have followed this up with Craig who informs me that our sales director was involved with you property and in fact the mutual agreement to terminate the contract early was discussed and agreed by him. You raise some good points and I will be looking into these further to see what extra training can be provided to make sure we provide our exceptional service to all our customer and clients. Your email did infact go to our managing director Simon Gerrard who then asked our sales director to get involved. I hope you can appreciate that this was the correct process, Rather than him coming back to you directly without knowing all the facts of the sale and what was going on.

I have no hesitation in recommending Kyri and the team at MG in N12 and to be honest all the staff in the various branches who came to show potential buyers the flat.
