Despite a long drawn out process, Kyri's persistence meant that we reached the finishing line just in time! Fantastic agency, very happy buyer

We met Kastro a few months ago whilst looking for our dream home. We had visited a host of properties prior to this and found the majority of agents underhand, dishonest and impersonal verging on rude. Then we met Kastro and he restored our faith in estate agents! As he had said he would from the very beginning, he did everything in his power to secure the sale. He gave us the time we needed because he could see we were genuine, he put us in touch with mortgage brokers, he basically went above and beyond as he could see how much we wanted the house. Kastro stuck to his word from start to finish and delivered- we are one happy family :) Will definitely be recommending him to friends and family who are looking to either purchase or sell their property.

Really great agent!

We are first time buyers, so going into the process we weren't quite sure what to expect but Kyri has been really excellent. At the beginning he was really helpful in recommending properties and giving us useful and honest information about the different pros and cons of the properties we were viewing. Once we had found a property we wanted to buy, Kyri was excellent in guiding us through, and driving forward the process. He has been a patient and understanding point of contact throughout - great to have when things have got a bit hectic. He also has an excellent tie collection!

sale achieved despite difficult background circumstances

Kastro David was always courteous and punctual for appointments. Despite difficult circumstances that arose in this case, he remained upbeat and confident that we would eventually get to exchange of contracts and he must have managed to pass this sense of confidence to those at the bottom of the chain who had been on the verge of pulling out because of delays at the top of the chain.

Dreadful untrustworthy estate agents. DO NOT use these agents. I was buying a house through them they lied and said it was off the market. I went ahead with purchase paying for survey and all the usual other stuff and all the while they sold it behind my back WITHOUT telling me. Only to find out it was because they had a higher offer. Making me waste time and money and emotional investment as i loved that house. They allowed me to continue wasting time and money without the courtesy of informing me they had sold it behind my back! This goes on too often with them and their reputation is reknowned for this behaviour.
