Vicky and the whole Northwood team have been phenomenal since the first meeting. We have received regular updates regarding the views for our property through rightmove, Vicky and the team have been able to handle all of our viewings, without our having to be in the property at the time. They took the time to understand everything they could about our property, the neighbourhood and our reasons for selling so they could provide the best service possible. The work Vicky and the team have done has meant that my partner and I are able to have our dream home. Should we ever decide to move, we will be contacting them again.

GoogleNorthwood were a fantastic choice when it came to selling our home! Sadie, Olivia and Leanne really went above and beyond to help and support us every step of the way. Starting all the way at the beginning when receiving a valuation to the final completion day, the girls were fully dedicated throughout the whole process. Communication was fantastic and they really did make us feel that we had a helping hand throughout!

GoogleHad a fantastic experience dealing with this estate agent. Thanks to their staff 'Sadie Betteridge' who negotiated my offer with the vendor and actually delivered the deal for me. Her communication through out the different stages of the viewing process, negotiating process, legal process and to completion was the best I have ever seen as a property investor. I will strongly recommend her and the agent to anyone willing to buy or sell property, due to their fantastic customers service.

I was moving to Newcastle from Dublin and had been dealing with a few agents along the road of renting the property. Initially I was dealing with Rebecca, who then passed me to Michaela and finally to Julia for the final steps. Because I was in Ireland for the whole process, we encountered quite a few hurdles. I hadn't received my National insurance number, the transfer of funds from euro to gbp proved trickier than expected and I managed to lose my passport for the bulk of the process too so to say it could have been stressful would have been an understatement. The team at Northwood were incredible though and cured each hiccup as it arose. The process was ironed out to the best of their abilities and they did everything in their power to help me. I have now moved in and couldn't be happier with my property. Other agents at various companies had given up on my applications before they had even began, due to the difficulty in finding a property to suit my needs and for the implications which would have arose throughout the process. The team are second to none here at Northwood and I hope I get to deal with them for any moves in the future, hopefully not too soon though!

GoogleHaving been a previous tenant, thankfully only a short time, I found members of staff accessing the property unarranged, terrible repair service and the rechargeables are a joke - charged for a lightbulb not working but it was detailed on the agreement as being held in place by a piece of tin foil. Also a cracked bathroom tile, it had been cracked from the start but now the grout had been wiped off the tile face, the crack could be seen. And so it carries on ....

Hi Joanne, I am sorry I have not been able to find you as a previous tenant. I would be very happy to discuss any issues with you but we have no record of you. We record all our calls and correspondence on our system in regards to inspections. We carry out thorough inventories and photos and we take evidence photos for any deductions that we are asked to make by the landlord. We use the DPS to lodge deposits who offer an adjudication service if you are not happy with any deductions made in order to protect you as a tenant as well as a landlord at the end of your tenancy. We as in all moves hit some problems with surveys and solicitors which we eventually overcame with Leanne and Northwood help and are now settled in our new home. GoogleOne of the worse customer service. The stuff’s are very unprofessional. I've called to rent a property a lady name called James pick up my call the information she was giving it doesn't make me understand when i ask again she starts shouting on me instead of giving service she starts arguments with me after that i ask her can i speak with your manager then she connect her manager and she starts the same way as her colleague. She was talking completely biased I don't understand is this the way to deal with your customer! I will suggest no one please get in touch with themNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
