Fantastic service from Mansons in the recent sale of my dad's flat. Deborah was our main point of contact and kept us updated and informed throughout. It was a long process due to buyer complications however Deborah simplified it all and was there to fully support us along the way. Just rented a flat in Jesmond through this company, dealt with Gav and Nick, helpful, friendly and proffesional, made my first experince of renting a property very easy. Bonus is they manage the property so don't have to deal with the landlord.

GoogleThe team at Mansons are incredibly friendly, and made renting our flat a breeze. They facilitated two house tours, as we wanted to double check everyting was perfect and were very patient, allowing us ample time to review the contract before signing. The responsiveness of Mansons ensures that any maintanance issues are sorted quickly and efficiently, at a time that suits you, and you will get plenty of time to prepare for any inspections. We've been using Mansons for the last 2 years (now graduating), and they have made renting stress-free. They put you first, allowing you to feel in control, with no unexpected check-ins, maintanance or viewings. If you're uni students like us, you will no doubt hear the horror stories of landlords and letting agencies, I can assure you that none of these are about Mansons.

GoogleMansons were a great team with great customer help, but when it came to my flatmate and I leaving our tenancy we were wacked with a huge bill for cleaning that put a big dent into our deposit. The flat was left spotless by my flatmate and I after cleaning for a whole day and following Mansons check out requirements. Was really disappointed by charge they gave us. Apart from that, were helpful and understandable in any other queries we had.
Thomas thank you for taking the time to leave constructive feedback regarding your experience which we have passed back to the manager of that department. We always aim to give the very best service we can to our tenants, however we understand that sometimes an amicable agreement cannot be reached, in this case the condition the property was left in at the end of the tenancy. As explained in our correspondence, your damaged deposit is protected with a government approved scheme, the scheme we us is My Deposits, when we are unable to come to an agreement we strongly advise to raise a dispute with My Deposit, who will then independently arbitrate between all parties, many thanks.
