The Best without Doubt

As a landlord I have used several letting agents in the past. I have always had issues. I live overseas and I needed a company to truly be me. To truly look after my hard earned investment as if they meant something. All I can say without prejudice is that Manson’s are clearly market leaders. They are without doubt the best out there. Debbie, Angela, Cindy, Graeme, Gav and Nick are just superb. A boutique firm with a very professional approach. I would recommend Manson’s blindly. They do truly go the extra mile and they are very much value for money. I promise you Manson’s are genuine, honest and care. I have never regretted choosing them.

Superb Service

As well as the basics you would expect from a letting agent - vetting tenants, arranging payments, prompt attention to repairs, the team at Mansons, particularly Debbie Smith, supported us and tenants through very difficult issues with neighbours. As we are absent landlords in NZ, this was very stressful and without the extra concern, professionalism and good communication from Mansons, we'd have been at a loss. There was genuine concern to support us, even after the point when we stopped the let, in order to assist us resolve the issues. We can't recommend this company highly enough, it was superb service.

Strived to find tenant

As a landlord, Mansons was recommended to me and that recommendation is deserved. I had my property up with two agents and Mansons got me 4 times more viewings than the other agent. You receive regular contact as to interest etc, and all staff you speak to , be that in person or on the phone are extremely polite and professional. Compassionate, reliable and quirky!

Mansons have been a wonderful agency for me and my husband for so many reasons. Having decided to up sticks three years ago and move abroad, we were very nervous about many things! Including leaving our beloved home in the hands of someone else to take care of. However Mansons have been so efficient yet warm throughout all the ups and downs of letting our property. It felt like we had left our home in the care of friends rather than estate agents. Everyone we've dealt with has had a great sense of humour - I think this must be part of the selection criteria to join the team - and we have always enjoyed our conversations with them, whether face to face, by email or on the phone. They responded to my initial request and come out the following day to a property I wished to rent. Mansons experience and understanding of the type of people who wold be attracted to the property, along with their extensive local knowledge, allowed them to quickly assess the the market and make a recommendation on the most appropriate rental to charge. They also went to lengths to explain the process involved and also the modifications that were required to make the property meet legal requirements. They even offered to provide costed contractors to carry out these modifications if required. All in all a thoroughly professional service; I cannot commend Mansons highly enough.

Fantastic Service

We have worked with Mansons for several years now, mainly for finding tenants but we also use their management service as well. On the rare occasions we have decided to sell some of our properties again they have come up trumps. I couldn't recommend them more highly, their staff are a real credit. Excellent local knowledge and importantly for us they are not afraid to pick up the phone and give you constructive feedback when required, something some agents forget but is essential when you have a large portfolio to maintain. Communication and customer service is excellent, it is reassuring to know if we send someone an email a response is not far away, especially when time is limited.
