Great choice to sell my Gosforth home

My experience buying with Mansons led me to choose them to sell our family home in Gosforth. The house was thoughtfully valued, beautifully photographed and was on the market for just four days before an excellent offer. We had very personal attention from Nick and the team, and Deborah is an excellent person to work with during the sale period, smoothing over potential problems and keeping just the right amount of pressure at all stages to make things run according to schedule. Altogether a very positive experience with exactly the desired outcome.

Property Sale

I can't rate the service high enough that I have received from Mansons. Deborah was the lady dealing with the sale of my house and from start to finish the communication was fantastic! She kept me informed throughtout the process, even when valuations, surveys and searches had been completed by my buyer's side, which I didn't expect. I put my house on the market and within 2 days, had viewings. I had accepted an offer within 3 weeks which was great. I have dealt with estate agents in the past and have had such bad experiences, Mansons definately restored my faith! Mansons only have a hand full of properties that they sell at any given time, but this, I feel is so much better than the larger sales agents because they actually have time to dedicate to selling your property. I would recommend Mansons to anyone wanting to sell their property.

An absolutely outstanding service, from initial call to completion.

I couldn't say enough to thank Manson's for their professional, efficient, and pro-active conduct throughout the sale of my property. I had been let down in the past by a large agent in the Newcastle City area, and one Saturday morning, fed up, I called Manson's after a recommendation. My story was familiar, a seller with a one-bedroom flat in middle of the city, with a few drop out buyer's. I was aware that things were picking up, but the service from my previous agent was just not acceptable, with very little feedback, inconsistent communication, and no results. Since speaking to Deborah that Saturday morning, I was put at ease, and since then, she, and her colleagues at Manson's, have consistently delivered a very satisfying pro-active and professional service, to which I hadn't experienced from agencies in the past. Manson's provide such a level of service, that I only dealt with with one person throughout the process, who always knew exactly what was going on, and I never once had to 'chase' for any updates, which frankly came as a shock since dealing with my last agent. I write today a very happy Client, having just completed on the sale. I offer my thanks again to Deborah for her steadfast professional service.

Best experience of an estate agent

Dealing with Deborah at Mansons has meant by selling experience was as painless as possible she was chasing both end both the sellers and solicitors to push this through as both parties wanted to complete as quickly as possible. If I had another property to sell in Newcastle they would be my first choice. I have used two others in the past. Previously they managed the rental of the property as well as seem to find suitable tenants within a short period.

Never thought I'd praise an estate agent!

Estate agents often don't have the best of reputations, but since using Mansons, they have earned my respect and praise. The whole team were so helpful and respectful and kept me fully informed all the way through. What appeared to be a daunting process, turned out to be a smooth and easy one..
