Excellent service

This is our first time dealing with Mansons Agents when purchasing a property. We have found the process both professional and efficient. Especially the service provided by Deborah Thorpe, whilst the process of trying to purchase this property was not without difficulty, through no fault of the agent - Deborah has been our calming influence on many phone calls. We have the keys, we are very happy clients and would not hesitate to recommend Deborah to friends and family for future sales.

Couldn't have asked for a better service!

I have dealt with a number of different estate agents in the Newcastle area over the past year whilst looking for my first home, and I must say that Mansons are right there at the top for their top class customer service. Deborah and Kelly were always extremely helpful, reassuring and nothing was ever too much trouble to them. Jonathan who showed me around the property was also great and patiently let me knock on walls and check the bounce in the floorboards! I was told home-buying was stressful, and it definitely is but Mansons really helped to ease the process. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much!

Excellent professional, friendly and attentive service

I recently bought a flat offered for sale through Mansons. I found Deborah Thorpe to be extremely professional, friendly and attentive from my first viewing of the property to being handed my keys. I had problems with my solicitor not dealing with matters as they should, meaning that the process was becoming unnecessarily stressful. Deborah stepped in and did all that she possibly could to ensure that everything stayed on track, chasing my solicitor and keeping me informed, reassuring the vendor on my behalf and calming my frazzled nerves. Thank you Deborah.

Mansons helped us secure our dream home in Jesmond, they were supportive throughout providing experienced contractors when necessary. They always answered my calls and gave full and experienced answers when answering questions.
