As we have explained in our earlier response, all deposits we manage are securely protected with My Deposits, the government-authorised tenancy deposit protection scheme. If tenants disagree with proposed deductions, they have the right to raise a dispute through the scheme, where an independent adjudicator will make a final decision. It is also important to stress that any deductions made are not retained by Mansons, but are used solely to return the property to its original condition where cleaning or repairs are required.
