It's the first time for my wife and I in the UK, and Alexi from Mansons helped us a great deal - both with explaining the documents we needed to go through and with answering the many questions that we had. As a bonus, he is a very friendly and fun person to talk to! I also met with Jonathan, who showed me the property (which we ended up living in), and was very friendly and helpful. In general, I was given the feeling that Mansons have a professional, trustworthy team, with excellent service and attitude towards their costumers.

View AgentsExcellent Service in a Challenging Time
I was moved out of my home, due to water damage, and needed temporary accomodation.. I found a property I was interested in, and made an enquiry online on Sat/Sun. I was called on Monday and a viewing was arranged that evening; to fit in with my work. Two other places didn’t even contact me after similar enquiries. Mansons made everything very simple. They communicated everything well, were extremely professional, whilst still being “human”. The property had been empty for a week or so, and the boiler had dropped its pressure. I tried with the help of “YouTube” to fix this to no avail. I reported it, and as soon as the office opened they confirmed someone would be out that day; they were and heating sorted.. My experience with many companies over the last few months has been challenging, and I wish more companies worked the way that Mansons do.

As a landlord, Mansons was recommended to me and that recommendation is deserved. I had my property up with two agents and Mansons got me 4 times more viewings than the other agent. You receive regular contact as to interest etc, and all staff you speak to , be that in person or on the phone are extremely polite and professional. Mansons found my current tenant and their service was exceptional. I will be returning ( but hopefully not too soon)

GoogleWorst tenancy ever despite an amazing flat! We didn't mind paying more than £700 fees for a 6 months contract as we have been promised premium service. Unfortunately the service offered was almost non-existant, we had to wait 2 months for the oven to be repaired, we had 3 flooding incidents (hence no water available, terrible smell, no shower, no dishwasher, no wash machine...) handled in a shockingly poor maner with no consideration for the inconvenience this caused us. As a result of this we had to leave the property for ten days in total. We have been asking for a rent abatement and the only answer given for the past 5 weeks is that they can't reach the landlord... It is clear that once you signed the contract and paid the fees their job is done. Also I totally agree with the review below from another user: "Not to be trusted. Would not be surprised if some of the positive reviews on this site are by members of their own staff. Strange that the positive reviews are on the same day or only a day apart?"

I am so impressed with the speed and efficiency of Mansons. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a washing machine when ours broke, and we had a new one delivered in a week!! I have been Really impressed with all the services mansons have provided in the 19 mo this we have been renting with them. Mansons have been a wonderful agency for me and my husband for so many reasons. Having decided to up sticks three years ago and move abroad, we were very nervous about many things! Including leaving our beloved home in the hands of someone else to take care of. However Mansons have been so efficient yet warm throughout all the ups and downs of letting our property. It felt like we had left our home in the care of friends rather than estate agents. Everyone we've dealt with has had a great sense of humour - I think this must be part of the selection criteria to join the team - and we have always enjoyed our conversations with them, whether face to face, by email or on the phone. Put simply, they are lovely people working for an outstanding estate agency. I can't recommend them enough.

We have sadly just left a Mansons tenancy, though the reason was nothing to do with Mansons. As a letting agent, Mansons are arguably the best we have dealt with in nearly 20 years of living as tenants in a number of towns and cities in the UK and US. The Mansons staff are all very professional in their dealings, especially in the crucial area of maintenance where Cyndi excels at prompt and effective customer service. I enjoyed my time with Mansons and if I look for another property in the Tyneside area they will be my first port of call. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Unfortunately our house mate failed to find some of the issues with the property before we moved in (I am a student at Northumbria University so at the time of viewing the house I was living at the other end of the country as it was out of term time). However after recognising some of the issues when we moved in at the start of term (late August), we forwarded this to the property management department and they were very quick at dealing with said problems, and also tried their best at receiving any additional furniture from the landlord that we needed on short notice. Any problems we have had since, the management department has dealt with in at least 24hrs (e.g. when the washing machine broke) and also providing information and forwarding us to the right people in particular situations (e.g. when the key broke in the front door lock).

I was very happy with the level of service I received from Mansons. The customer service from all consultants was brilliant! The agent I dealt with most often was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Whenever I had any questions he was readily available to take my calls, done everything he could to get the answers I required and was quick to get back to me. He made the entire process very easy! Could not recommend this agency and their consultants enough.

Estate agents often don't have the best of reputations, but since using Mansons, they have earned my respect and praise. The whole team were so helpful and respectful and kept me fully informed all the way through. What appeared to be a daunting process, turned out to be a smooth and easy one.. They did everything they said they would do, and more. They were all so polite, welcoming and friendly. To top it all , the house was sold in days! I would definitely use them again.
