The Trusted AgentAndy MG Muswell Hill
Andy has just rented our beautuiful new flat at the Pinnacle. I told him about my perfect tenant and he foundthe kind of tenants we were looking for.
Andy always listned to and respected what i was looking for. and with a new and beautiful apartment it was so important to me to find the right people to enjoy it.
I thouroughly enjoyed the whole process of working with Andy, popping in and out of the office to catch up and get feedback and to ask for favours.
Andy is a delight to work with and I fell part of the MG family and I thank you for that.
we will have no hesitation in coming back to Andy when the flat comes back of the market.
thank you Andy for everything . kind regards Lynda and Gary Miller

GoogleGlenn at Martyn Gerrard was fantastic. He carefully guided us through a minefield of issues that arose during the house-buying process whilst a worldwide pandemic and lockdown ensued! Thanks to him we managed to buy the house and get things sorted before our new baby arrived even when the odds were stacked against this happening. Would happily recommend Martyn Gerrard, due to our great experience with Glenn and the team.

The Trusted AgentWOW! We thought OMG was just a marketing slogan...
With only a few days to find a home to move to from the USA, my husband and I knew the task would be daunting. Then, we met Martina. She listened to what we really wanted in a home and then found us the perfect home, which we had not even noticed online, making everything so easy for us. Her work on our behalf helped to lower the stress levels of a trans-Atlantic move.. Martina is an agent we would highly recommend as she makes the MG marketing message ("OMG, that was easy") come to life in unexpectedly delightful ways.

The Trusted AgentWarm, friendly and went the extra mile
Martina was so helpful when we were searching for a new property to rent, providing us with a number of different options.
She worked closely with us and gave us an early heads-up when our dream property became available, facilitating us looking around at the earliest possible time and helping us through to completion. She and Andy also helped organise a meeting for us with the Landlord, which was a lovely personal touch that enabled us to connect face to face prior to signing.
Martina is warm, friendly, good fun to do business with and we would fully recommend!

The Trusted AgentIn the best of hands
I've had Andy help find my tenants and manage them along with the property for several years now and I can't see how it could have been done any better. Very quick to action and respond. Somehow finds me the best/cleansest and most considerate tennants within days. Very honest, even about things which most estate agents would hold back to close the sale and I feel he has always pushed to get me the best possible rates. His calm/friendly/considerate manner must help attract the right kind of tenants and draw them in for the sale and will always personnaly go the extra mile to make sure both sides are happy.
Can't fault him in any way and will continue to bring any business I have directly to him.
Highly recommended.

The Trusted AgentHighly professional and extremely good
I have had the pleasure of working with Martyn Gerrard and specifically Andy Christophi on tenancies for my properties and have been consistently delighted by his professionalism, attention to detail and courtesy.
He is also a very good judge of character and always succeeds in finding me the best of tenants who take excellent care of my properties.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Andy - he is thoroughly reliable, very hard working, 100% thorough and also extremely pleasant to deal with.

The Trusted AgentStress free moving
Martina has been the most helpful agent I've come across. Having dealt with poor estate agents before I was dreading having to move again. After a problem with another agent I came across a house and Martina. I only had a few days to get everything completed and be into the new flat and Martina was absolutely brilliant in ensuring it all went smoothly. She was friendly and spoke to me like a friend than just an estate agent which made me feel more comfortable and I could understand the ins and outs of the process without all the jargon! Thank you Martina!!!!!

The Trusted AgentExceptional service from an extraordinary team!!
We are a family of three, looking to upsize from our two bedroom flat into a larger two bedroom with outside space and promised to rent our property (which we own) with the agent that helped us find our new home.
I contacted Andy and the team about a property I had seen online which unfortunately for us was already let out, however this did not stop the team from offering alternatives including properties that were not yet on the market.
Unfortunately we did find a property with another agent but Martyn Gerrard Muswell Hill team really left and impact and so we decided that we wanted no other agent other than MG dealing with the rental of our flat.
I must say, from start to finish the service was incredible and we even had an offer of the full asking price before the property was on the portals, followed by two more offers within days of instruction, which shows the teams commitment, professionalism and energy is simply impeccable and incomparable to other agents.
If anyone is looking to rent their property or rent a property I would strongly suggest this is the GO to agent in Muswell hill!
Thank you Andy and team!!!

TrustpilotThey are so unprofessional
They are so unprofessional. We had a property viewing twice and both of the times we didn’t see the property because they dont communicate with the landlord or they email you before the viewing that the property is not available anymore. They wasted my time and my money and they don’t care they find excuses every time.
