The Trusted AgentExcellent tenant / property matchmaker
We were very lucky to have the charming Andy as our agent when looking for a rental. As we had been living abroad over the last 10 years we did not tick all the "perfect tenant" boxes. Andy managed to secure a wonderful find for us that had a lot of competition, as it was unusual for Muswell Hill - a modern, warm, cosy, quiet new build flat within minutes from the Broadway. Throughout the negotiations, Andy always kept us updated and pushed ahead until we finally got the keys.. Recommended!

The Trusted AgentChris is a star!
Chris from lettings was incredibly responsive throughout my new flat-hunt, always willing to help work with my schedule to show me properties that might be suitable. And I owe him a beer for finding me the perfect one! I threw several curve-balls at Chris throughout the process, and he handled them with ease, he's reassuringly supportive, and I felt he had my back in getting me through the process. I never felt like I couldn't reach out with any query, big or small. Thanks Chris!

The Trusted AgentSo helpful and pleasant!
Andy has helped me so much with letting my property. Having never done it before I required a lot of assistance (and explanation) and he has always been completely available, professional and friendly. I was initially planning to use another company but after meeting Andy my plans totally changed because he actually took time to listen and went above and beyond to get us a great long term tennant who pays exactly what we wanted due to his negotiations. Really thrilled with the level of service we received-would recommend!

GoogleI recently moved into a flat through this agency and I could not be happier with them! The process was very smooth, thanks to agent Chris Lambrou. He really helped me throughout the process, made sure all my requirements were being met before I moved in. He was also very kind to check in and make sure everything was going well, such a good agent!

The Trusted AgentClient service first rate
Brilliant experience. I had been looking for a flat for some time in the Alexandra Palace area and was beginning to despair after 3 failed purchase attempts. A house came up which I originally dismissed but was contacted by Glenn at MG. who suggested a viewing. . He felt it would be a good fit for me and when I viewed it I was delighted. He really put my needs and the property together and came up with a perfect match. Without his intuition I would not be moving to my lovely new home - much more than I thought I could afford. The follow up service has been excellent - friendly, prompt and supportive . Mary.

The Trusted AgentFairy godfather and keeper of my sanity!
Quite simply, without Chris, my boyfriend and I would actually be homeless. He went absolutely above and beyond in helping us secure our first home together. We had daily contact with him (even out of hours), he helped keep us calm when we were panicked, and ultimately worked incredibly hard to get us to where we are now. I am so grateful to Chris for all his hard work, compassion and understanding, and cannot recommend him enough to others who are searching for properties in N2 and N10.

The Trusted AgentHeran was perfect for the massive, emotional and logistical, step of buying our first home. Thanks!
Heran has a lovely disposition that's patient and accommodating, that continued from our first hand shake to our final signature. We had a great viewing with him and he helped us secure our first home, with his practical negotiation advice. The property came with a long chain with a deadline on it, which could have been a logistical nightmare but Heran handled it all very efficiently and patiently and kept us informed. We are very thankful to Heran. People like him are the reason why property is still such a people-based industry in spite of all the digital means. He is a great asset.

The Trusted AgentHappy homeowner - thanks Heran !
I found Heran of Martyn Gerrard a breath of fresh air - patient, calm and always so helpful he made a challenging process - moving home with a young baby ! as hassle free as is possible !! I felt always that Heran was fair and clear and straightforward. He always did what he said he was going to do and ensured that all parties were kept in the loop and happy. I would recommend Heran and Martyn Gerrard and will use them again buy or sell side.

TrustpilotGreat agent
I would highly recommend Jamie at Martyn Gerrard Estate. He provides a professional service and worked hard to find us properties very quickly. He is always very easy to communicate, helpful, and available to answer questions. He also recommended good mortgage advisor and solicitor to help with the purchasing process. Fabulous agent!

The Trusted AgentProperty Purchase
I found the initial viewing period with Martyn Gerrard very easy and professional, with dates and times confirmed promptly. My contact Heran Jethwa would provide a quick follow up on properties I viewed and followed up on questions with the vendors. I was also pleased that he would inform me of properties as they came up that met my requirements e.g certain roads and areas. Even when Heran was on annual leave, another contact at Martyn Gerrard was able to move things forward for me, such as organising access for the surveyor. I felt my experience from acceptance of the offer to completion was relatively quick and straight forward. There were a couple of small bumps along the way which was not surprising as we had a small chain, however Heran was excellent at keeping in touch letting me know what was happening and liaising between myself and the rest of the chain, and particularly moving things forward as we approached exchange, keeping me informed of any delays and the reasoning behind things, which was incredibly helpful!
5/5
The Trusted AgentReally helpful in helping us find a buyer in a tough market
After we had experienced issues with a previous agency, Heran was really helpful in taking over and helping us find a buyer (and then another buyer after the first one fell through due to reasons outside of our control). He was easy to deal with and was great at keeping us up to date with viewings, potential offers etc. Since accepting the offer, Heran was able to manage the process with the buyer to ensure everything happened on time so that we could exchange. Due to delays with our onward purchase we needed Heran to work hard to ensure we didn't lose our buyer as we waited for things to sort themselves out and he did just that.

The Trusted AgentHard-Working and Knowledgeable
I was delighted with the service I received from Martyn Gerrard's Muswell Hill branch. Dan and Heran put a great deal of effort into making sure that potential buyers were aware of my property, even before it launched on the internet. They both got to know the flat well, and spoke with authority about what it had to offer during viewings. Their knowledge of the local market is impressive, and I always felt I was in good hands when they advised me about marketing my property effectively. I was particularly pleased by the way in which Dan continued to follow the sales process once I had accepted an offer. Rather than moving his attention to other matters, he made it his business to know how the sale was progressing and kept in regular touch with me throughout.

The Trusted AgentRate agent Daniel Millet
We recently moved to a fantastic home, viewed through Martyn Gerrard and our agent was Daniel Millet. Dan is a very proactive agent that keeps both purchasers and vendors informed of how the chain is progressing every step of the way! He held our hands from start to completion and dealt with both sides empathically. Dan has also called to check how we are settling in, which is a very nice touch indeed. We have already recommended Dan to friends and work colleagues and feel sure they will also benefit from his expertise as an outstanding estate agent. Clare
