GoogleJaysuri Roach was amazing - we had been searching for almost two years for our first home, had seen many flats and been through many agents, but he was always our favourite - the first agent we met and the last to actually see us buy a place! He got to know our tastes, was never pushy, he was fun, kind and professional. He was really great at facilitating the sale, either chasing when needed or acting as a go between us and the sellers. He is incredibly personable and we feel lucky he made the experience of buying a property so much more relaxing and joyous. Highly recommend.

Matthew and Christian came to my property to resolve a plumbing leak my neighbour had because the neighbour was unreachable. It was causing damage to my property over a 3 week period. Once I spoke to Matthew who was acting on behalf of the freeholder, he organised for himself , Christian and another colleague to attend and fix the issue. They were helpful, friendly and practical, turned up when they said ans did a great job I really appreciate it as was at a loose end knowing what to do. Thank you

Raj and the team did what they promised from the start. They held an open weekend for the sale of our mothers house immediately and within days they brought in a string of appointments for it which resulted in an offer. They not only helped us through negotiations but they had a list of contacts for clearance companies etc to make things easier. Myself and my family cannot speak more highly of them. They kept us in the loop at all times. Made a stressful situation stressfree - thanks guys

I have been renting from Martyn Gerrard for almost two years and i've just successfully completed the renewal of the contract for another 12 months. Thanks to Jessica, the renewal consultant, the process has been swift and set up in a way that required minimum input from my side. With equal efficiency Damla, the property manager, and Greg, the team's director, have been very helpful in resolving any issues with the property. I have no hesitation in recommending them as an efficient, helpful and reliable team.

GoogleWe had a very problematic sale, with a long chain and slow conveyancing causing all sorts problems. Jaysuri held the whole thing together, chasing, keeping the whole process going, liaising brilliantly among so many involved parties and making it finally happen, when it didn't feel like it would.
