GoogleFrom the day the sale of our property was agreed with the buyer, Umit was on the case always keeping us updated with both our solicitors and the buyers solicitors.Whilst the process took a little longer than expected he acted very patiently and I would say Umit is an asset to MG Muswell Hill. The sales team at Muswell Hill are definitely very knowledgeable and experienced. Thank you

I tried to book view for 2 bedroom property. Call them and a lady said that she will call me back, she never did. I sent more enquiries and then a gentleman contacted and asked our details (income etc), I replied asap but never heard back from him. Another 3rd person gave me his WhatsApp number I sent all informations what he needed and then he said that there is NO AVAILABLE PROPERTIES for me!!!!!!! Im not looking for a castle just a 2 bedroom property and they have more then 450 properties on the website ( but nothing available for me- they said), not available 2 bedroom flat! I guess if my nationality is different and I have more income then they will find properties for me as well. Very disappointed, terrible customer service!

Terrible service from Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents! Last year, I found a rental property through Rightmove and decided to go for it after a quick viewing. They demanded a non-refundable deposit of £500, stating that if my references didn't pass, I wouldn't get my money back. After submitting my details, they asked for more information about my rental history, which I couldn’t provide as I've lived at my current address for 10 years.A representative named Simon informed me that my references were not acceptable to the landlord. When I asked for a partial refund of £250, they bluntly refused, claiming the property was off the market, which was not true as it remained listed online. It's clear they use this tactic to collect deposits from multiple people without ever intending to rent out the property. I highly recommend avoiding Martyn Gerrard at all costs to save yourself from a similar experience.

Totally messed us around.They showed us a place, saying it's available immediately.We made an offer 45 minutes after seeing the place.They then said there is already an offer on the place.A day later they called to ask if we can increase our offer, once we said no, that's our offer, I added saying the offer will expire today if we don't hear back.They then called and saif the landlord wants to meet us but only next week (I am assuming so they have time to ramp up more offers)We then said that it has to be today as we waited 3 days to hear a conunter offer and they just gone silent. The then the next day they said there are 4 offers.None of that makes sense, usually when there is an offer on a place, they don't show it to you. but they showed us - then WE made an offer and they wanted to keep showing it. business in bad faith - bunch of muppets
Hi NiroWe are sorry you have had this experience. As you will know the rental market is moving very fast with a short supply of property available. This is why nearly every property we market there is a lot of interest from potential tenants. This was the case here. We had other people interested who had also made offers. Your offer was 10% below the asking price, other offers were higher. This is why we spoke to you to give the opportunity to raise your offer. The Landlord wanted to meet all prospective tenants, but he was on holiday, returning in a few days when we wanted to arrange the meeting. Again we are sorry that your offer was not accepted and the landlord decided to go with another party.

Titas is an amazing estate agent. Since I only have a short time to view three different properties in the area, Titas plan the best route for the viewing tour and taking consideration of how I was going to leave the area.
