I can recommend Mason Kelly Property Consultants any day for their great professional service. I had a property in Grimsby to let, which is always a bit of a headache for me. Craig took care of everything - finding suitable tenants, vetting of tenants, protecting the deposit and ensuring I have rent guarantee insurance in place. I was kept informed at all times and best of all I did not even have to go to Grimsby to deal with anything.

Very efficient, helpful and responsive for both house purchase and rental. The service was excellent mainly because of Craig to deal with the property. he made the processes all the way though smooth. He helped to complete the purchase on the targeted date by collaborating both me and the seller. He is very proactive, helpful and the most importantly he always respond back timely .He also advised with all necessary documents and/or actions before letting out my first investment house. As he promises he finished all the processes smooth and on time. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Mason Kelly buying and renting department I used recently. Craig Kelly has managed my rental property for a number of years and was always able to get good tenants and achieve a desirable rental income. He managed any issues quickly and efficiently, and has a great team of people who carry out maintenance tasks. Haven’t used their services but after receiving a letter from them regarding the sale of our house with unpaid postage, which led to me having to pay the postage and subsequently make a complaint, Sam from the firm came by my address not even an hour after emailing in my complaint to reimburse me, apologise in person and gift me a bottle of wine. Really impressed with their customer service - hope they can make admin changes to ensure the postage issue is rectified but really appreciate the personable apology.
