Everything we needed and more

To put it simply. Craig was one of the best letting agents we've ever met. Helpful and informative from the get-go and super friendly, which is exactly what we needed in an agent during a big move. From initial interaction to the contract being signed Craig was there for us if we had any questions or worries, and he dealt with everything we had asked in a professional yet very personable way. So much potential stress and anxiety was alleviated just by using Mason Kelly, so we highly recommend them and their properties. Thank you so much Craig.

My experience with Masson Kelly Properties

I can simply say that Craig is the best. He is very friendly and supportive . He immediately respond and take action for any issue's in the home. He is very lovely and great human being . My experience with Masson kelly is so great and peaceful mind. House handing over went very smooth and we are 100 % satisfied . I personally feel that we hardly find this kind of good property agency and of-course it is all because of Craig . Craig is the best as said. I am very confident and happy to recommend Craig for all friends and families.

Top agent

Craig was very professional, we had the tenancy for 18 months and rarely had any issues. The less you speak to your landlord is usually a sign of a good tenancy but when we did need to communicate he acted in a professional & proper way

no fuss. no messing about, attentive and on the ball

Craig at Mason Kelly Property Consultants handled my let for me and did a great job I was very pleased matched me the place and landlord perfectly everything went very well and still is thank you The only thing I would have liked to have been done differently, was to have had my contact emailed over a little sooner. Giving a less frantic read other than that brilliant very happy J Dean

I agree 100%, nobody likes to be rushed, in this day and age where we work 24/7 it's hard to relax. The idea with using DocuSign to sign contracts is to eliminate the need to rush, however sometimes it will still happen when timescales are tight. I'm glad you have settled in so quickly and enjoying your new home. All the best for the future. Craig :-)

Great common sense approach!

Craig has a great passion about his business; he is fantastic at what he does. However, what has really made an impression on me is his common sense approach that is so effective in most cases - yet in this day and age it is an extremely rare trait! Very efficient, responsive and excellent professional service.

Going past the extra mile to make a dream come true

quite simply amazing from the start. He might turn up in shorts and flip flops, but you will struggle to find anyone that does anymore to make the dream a reality. Craig went above and beyond to help me sell a property and move into a new one, nothing was too much trouble, every call was answered or returned - I would recommend Craig to anyone looking to make their next move. Craig - from the bottom of the hearts of a very grateful family. Thank You.
