From my first conversation with him (and before I agreed to work with him) he was happy to provide helpful information as letting was new to me. He is professional, has integrity and he will always go the extra mile to ensure a good end result. I recently needed an AST revision which he sorted out quickly and efficiently. Having been a landlord for nearly 20 years I have encountered many agents, for both buying and letting properties. Mason Kelly are a breath of fresh air, they listen to your requirements rather than telling you what they think you need, they keep you posted with updates and enquiries, arrange viewings efficiently and give honest advise.
I also like the fact that everything is paper free! Everything comes direct to your inbox, professionally presented, and easy to access and review. My most recent tenant also commented on how easy he found it dealing with Mason Kelly.
