Hard-working and helpful

Craig clearly works hard to make a sale work. He even picked me up and brought me to view this house and made great efforts to arrange the deal. When the purchase was going through he always chased up any problems if it appeared to be stalling. He was helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the purchase, even though he wasn’t working for me. When I met him to pick up the keys, he even carried my mattress upstairs for me. I don’t know how I would’ve got it up there otherwise!

Couldn't recommend highly enough

We were both selling and buying property via Mason Kelly and dealt with Craig. At first our property was for sale with another estate agent, but we didn't have much luck or overly nice experience there. Craig found a buyer in a couple of weeks. Craig gave as so much support throughout the whole process, being in constant contact with all parties solicitors, pushing the case forward, advising on what should be done if solicitors had any inquiries. It would be much more stressful experience without him and we actually felt bad that after so much work, his fees are quite low in comparison to others, while the service is absolutely outstanding. And on the top of that he is genuinely nice chap. If you are looking for the agent, Craig is the guy for you!
