FacebookCraig Kelly has managed my rental property for a number of years and was always able to get good tenants and achieve a desirable rental income. He managed any issues quickly and efficiently, and has a great team of people who carry out maintenance tasks. We recently sold the property and Craig did a superb job of marketing and getting us a buyer at the price we wanted. The deal went through with minimal hassle and we couldn't be happier with the service he provided. Highly Recommended!

I agree 100%, nobody likes to be rushed, in this day and age where we work 24/7 it's hard to relax. The idea with using DocuSign to sign contracts is to eliminate the need to rush, however sometimes it will still happen when timescales are tight. I'm glad you have settled in so quickly and enjoying your new home. All the best for the future. Craig :-)

GoogleGoodlord does not know how Self-employed works. They asked for SA100 while I submit the SA302 + my tax overview for the proof of payment of that tax.... they have absolutely no idea how self-employment works. Please stay away from this company if you are self-employed.

GoogleThe staff here are absolute lovely no matter who you speak to. They have been very responsive to issues raised and helped me immensely as I moved in to a rented property. Special mention to Jan, Mya and Katie, who have always been helpful and friendly despite being mithered to death! Would recommend Briscombe’s if you need to rent a property!!

GoogleHaving recently had my mothers house to sell (an inheritance) I used Knight Edmonds, what I liked, was that they all worked together in selling the house. Even though we had a setback with a buyer, there was a reset and a new buyer was found and a sale was agreed. Would definitely recommend.
