GoogleI have had the pleasure of dealing with the team at Knight Edmonds selling my mother's bungalow. From Alex who valued, appraised and marketed the property, Reece who attended the viewings and Sandra for all of her patience, persistence and sense of humour to see this sale over the line. At no time did I feel that the team had forgotten about me, always an honest view and a reality check if needed. I would not hesitate to recommend the team. A sincere thank you to them all.

GoogleShockingly bad service!! I am so stressed out with not being able to talk to anyone and am feared of losing my tenancy due to their delays. I'm semi self employed and have provided copy of my full tax return that has been submitted to hmrc, and now they want the receipt of said tax return. I have this document and it is restricted file that cannot be shared! I can't talk to a human and the estate agent can't do anything either. Stressed and completely frustrated by a company that is dealing with such sensitive data and you cannot speak to anyone other than an automated chat bot😡

GoogleVery bad service, they charged me booking a property with my agency and gave no clauses whatsoever and now they are refusing to accept my tenancy references in spite of the fact that it has never been a problem before. They wont even refund my holding deposit, there no calling or customer support numbers and no emails to reach out to them as well. Absolutely SCAM AND FRAUD Company. Would never deal with an agency who has partnership with GoodLords.

GoogleSo this company do really split the room! As you can see I am one of the badly disappointed. In essence the process is very clunky and you are bombarded with compliance emails. The system failed to properly take a payment which delayed the referencing process before I had paid again. You cannot call the company and if there are live agents not chatbots then they cannot call you. Except of course if they are trying to sell you insurance and despite me having said online that i wasnt interested. Anyway their business model is not driven by tenants feedback but if you are a landlord then please consider the pain that you are putting your tenants through even before they have moved in. Oh and if you are self employed you are effectively left guessing what HMRC return will satisfy them.

I had a high net worth 3 year tenancy with a complicated increase structure, which I didn't know how to reflect on the Goodlord platform. My call was answered promptly by Tatender who shared my screen and guided me through the steps enabling me to get my draft contracts and references submitted before the weekend ( a very important task for an agent in the very competitive market that we find ourselves in ) I am hugely appreciative for his expertise guidance and immediate response. GoogleThey are openly failing to abide by the Equality Act 2010, called about a rented property and they advised the landlord does not accept children, both mine are 16 and 17 years who both actually work over 20 hours a week and in College not a child. They advised every application they’ve put forward which has a so called child is rejected. So 100% this landlord is discriminating and will be reporting you to the EASS as that’s unacceptable, being next to a working farm does not been it’s a valid reason to reject and it is clear he is discriminating.

GoogleWhen I first met Craig at Mason Kelly I knew I wanted him to sell our house He gave us great advice on little things around the house to help us sell our home quickly With his local knowledge of house prices it helped us decide the best price for our house When we received a offer until we completed Craig kept us informed every week Without him and his professional approach and really caring about helping us sell our house the process would of been a lot more stressful I really recommend using Craig and Mason Kelly to sell your home

GoogleBriscombe are without a doubt the best estate agents you will find in the Manchester area. My wife and I have rented many properties over a fifteen year period through Briscombe and the team have always been professional, polite, helpful and informative. We would never consider using another estate agent. We have recently rented an apartment in Worsley and though moving in general is quite stressful, all the team, especially Jan, Katy and Laura made moving a to a new location a lot less stressful. Jan and the team arranged for our new apartment to be painted, decorated and new carpets to be fitted. In addition, our new apartment was cleaned to an excellent standard prior to us moving in. Jan kept my wife and I informed of the progress at every stage. Sincere thanks to all the staff at Briscombe. A special thank you to Jan, Katy and Laura.

GoogleI used to think Knight Edmonds were a great breath of fresh air in the world of estate agents, but my recent experience with them has been nothing short of awful. They lost our house key, done an inaccurate data breach on 3 properties and I have asked 4 times to have it sorted (it still isn't) I have had to chase two or more times for simple things, such as moving pictures around, getting a for sale board up or feedback. It's a shame as when they started they appeared to be great, unsure if they've lost their way or I have been very unlucky with them, but I definitely will not use them in the future!

GoogleIt was the best decision we made selling and buying our new house with Knight Edmonds. From the initial meeting, arranging the advert, to even the little touches when our sign fell down in the wind and was fixed back up the next day, was amazing. A special mention to Sandra, what a great member of staff. Sandra showed resilience , patience, kindness, was extremely supportive and worked tirelessly for us up to exchange.
