Having recently purchased a property through Henderson Connellan in Market Harborough I couldn’t rate them any higher. Every conversation was professional yet also personal with a real understanding of what we were looking for and therefore not wasting our time on property’s they knew wouldn’t suit us. Holly was very attentive and a pleasure to deal with on a daily basis whilst being patient and answering any questions we had on viewings. We dealt with 4 other local estate agents who gave nowhere near the level of service Henderson Connellan did so would encourage anyone buying or selling to start here.

These guys have got a great reputation for a reason. We can’t sing their praises highly enough. We had a very stressful experience when our buyer pulled out at the 11th hour but Holly and Conan were incredibly supportive and somehow managed to keep our spirits up. They had sold our house again within a matter of days and we really felt like they were rooting for us and that they cared about the human side of the transaction. The photographer is lovely too and was so thorough and attentive to detail. We thoroughly recommend Henderson Connellan; they are personable, efficient and they certainly know their market. Estate agents often get a bad name but this team turns all that on its head. Moving house is highly emotional and stressful but they held our hand through it all and we are so grateful.

We recently bought our current home through Henderson Connellan at Market Harborough and every member of staff with whom we came into contact was friendly, helpful and, most of all, cheerful and reassuring when things got a bit stressful. (Special mention here for Abby - definitely a sanity-saver!) Emails and phone calls were always responded to in a timely manner and if anyone said they'd ring back - they did! We hadn't used Henderson's for the sale of our previous home as we were not in the Market Harborough area but we'd definitely recommend them to anyone who is.

Really very impressed with this estate agents, so much so I’ve encouraged my younger sister to apply for their junior role there. I think it would be a great place to learn, you could see they worked so well as a team, they were so professional and efficient and effective at what they do, and they seem to always be smiling. No one is pushy, they just have a common sense, helpful and professional approach. Holly originally showed me round a house, and when I came to sell my house after experiencing many different agents, dealing with Holly and David’s free valuation were the reasons I decided to use them to sell my house. I had four valuation’s done and David was the most professional and honest and the only one to provide written feedback the following day. I was also impressed that when my house went on the market, they all cane round as a team to see it so that they were all best placed to answer any questions about the property and find the right buyer for us. I then dealt with Conan and I thought he was just fab. He really worked hard to sort out some ‘unusual’ issues we had with our buyers and developer, and he always kept me informed. He was really easy to chat to and really calm and professional. Unfortunately our buyers pulled out at the last minute and we had just two weeks to find another buyer before we lost our reservation on the new house, and I got the impression they all worked to help find the right buyer for us. That’s when I dealt with Tom, and again he was so professional and nice to deal with, very easy and always kept me informed. Overall, what a great team, very supportive and felt in safe hands. Highly recommend- and have done so to friends.

We cannot sing the praises of Henderson Connellan enough. We have just purchased our house through them and we were blown away by the amazing staff and service we received. Our sales negotiator Lewis was wonderful. From our first viewing of the property, through the buying process and through to completion, he was helpful, friendly and kept us up to date. He really went above and beyond and we felt we were in safe hands. The rest of the staff were equally as polite, friendly and helpful. The team at Henderson Connellan were great throughout the whole process. We predominantly dealt with Abby and Holly but when we called if they weren’t available everyone we spoke to seemed to out of their way to help answer any questions we had. We had a very complicated sale of our house which ended up lasting 9months but the team were brilliant, patient and very pro active in doing all they could to speed the process up for ourselves. We would recommend them to anyone looking at buying/selling a house and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

We looked at 3 Estate Agents in Market Harborough, to help us sell our property. We chose Henderson Connellan as we were given the best advise and a realistic price, at the initial engagement. We were impressed that the sales team came to visit our property to familiarise themselves with the house, and therefore how to market it to their clients. We were additionally impressed that they had prospective buyers and knew their requirements. Therefore viewings were arranged before the property was put on the market. The photographs and brochure were of an excellent quality, and the feedback from the sales team was always useful and punctual. During any house sale there can be some anxious times, however what set Henderson Connellan apart was the after sales service. At times it felt that Abby was the only person on our side, and she really helped us through the fractious interactions with solicitors etc. I cannot recommend Henderson Connellan enough; and they will be my first choice Estate Agent should I put my house on the market again. Not too soon though!

Our experience, as buyers and sellers, of Henderson Connellon in Market Harborough, was excellent. David and his team were efficient, friendly, gave very good advice, always had time for us and were very professional. Our purchase was so smooth and quick and before we knew it we were the very happy owners of our new house in Market Harborough, thanks to Holly, who went out of her way to ensure we had plenty of time at the property. Similarly, Conan did a fabulous job with excellent advice at the start from David, particularly as regards to the pricing of the property. We particularly liked the team visit which enabled the team to become acquainted with the property so that anyone of them could do a viewing. When an offer was made and accepted, Conan was also excellent at chasing up the legal side as was the excellent administrator. Thanks to the team for making what is an inevitably stressful time as stress free as possible. Would definitely recommend.

We had a really positive experience with this estate agents from being shown around properties to purchasing a house with them. We made use of their after sales team and their help was invaluable, one particular agent (Abby Bulley) was brilliant. Abby would communicate with our vendors, their solicitor and our solicitor on a regular basis, which enabled us to keep on top of the process. I felt supported. On the day we collected our keys, we were given a welcome pack (biscuits, tea, tea towel etc) which was such a nice gesture.
