We have been supported by Greta from Henderson Connellan Market Harborough for the past couple of months. Moving from London we don’t know the town very well or the areas! However Greta who has been showing us around several properties has provided us with a wealth of information, both regarding the properties as well as the areas. We have received a very personal and kind service from Greta who has kept in contact with us consistently checking in and providing us with info on new homes coming up etc. I’ve felt very reassured and supported by her, a genuinely fantastic estate agent. Great team at Market Harborough who patiently stuck with us for 16 months while trying to sell our beautiful home. Helped us battle through issues with Anglian Water who refused to implement a proper Japanese Knotweed Management Plan, rubbish buyers and incompetent conveyancing firm Muve (avoid them at all costs). Despite all the problems they cheerfully continued to show people around and put extra work in during the final stages in dealing with Muve. Conan was very helpful and professional with the sale of my home. He was understanding of our circumstances and was very reliable when dealing with the two of us. He is a very smart man who knows what he is talking about with all aspects of the sale of your house. We were multiagency when selling the house and the other agency doesnt compare to Henderson Connellan. Conan advised us on the best options for us as we were pretty clueless on selling the house. The pandemic did not help with the time it took to complete our sale. However, we recieved weekly updates from Conan and his team regarding what was happening. Being kept in the loop gives you a peace of mind through a stressful time. The price was mildly high however the service was worth every penny. Fully recommend. Fourteen years on from selling our previous home through Henderson Connellan, we did not hesitate to choose them again when the time came to sell my Mother’s house. I was absolutely confident that after so many years of valuable local knowledge and experience that the Director David would be absolutely honest in his valuation of the property, the team would do an excellent job in producing particularly professional sale particulars and the viewings would be managed proactively. They did not disappoint. From the moment my Mother’s house was valued and photographed (the very next day I might add) we knew that we were in good hands once again.
