Henderson Connellan Market Harborough reviews

The Trusted Agent

Property purchase!

I have to say how thoroughly impressed I was with Holly smith at Henderson Connellon when purchasing our house! The purchase had proved to be difficult from the start but holly never gave up. She was always in contact with me and even went out of her way, out of her working hours to chase people and keep me up to date on the situation! If it wasn't for holly we would never have gone through with buying our new home as the stress just would have been too much!! Abby was also absolutely brilliant, and so helpful helping us through the rest of the process once the sale had been agreed!! Based on the outstanding service received from these two lovely ladies I would certainly recommend hendersons to anyone looking to sell/buy!

The Trusted Agent

A calming, reassuring, and informative presence throughout the process.

It was a huge relief to me that Abby took control of pushing my purchase through and chased continuously for updates and news from the concerned parties. I can honestly say that she could not have been more helpful. I had particularly difficult to deal with conveyancers and to have someone on my side to assist and intervene when needed was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this office and if I was to ever put myself through the nightmare of moving ever again then these are the agents and office I would use.

The Trusted Agent

Excellent and prompt service.

The service I received from Henderson Conellan with regard to the viewing and subsequent purchase of a residential property has been exceptional. My wife and I dealt primarily with the Sales Manager, Tom Cheshire. Tom was professional, well informed and prompt in all dealings we had with him. Most of all, we appreciated the transparency and honesty of his communications with us regarding price and negotiation. The office staff have also been fantastic and helpful whenever I've contacted them. I would have total faith in dealing with Henderson Conellan again and they will be my first agents of choice when the time comes for us to sell a property. Highly recommended.

The Trusted Agent

First class service and consideration from start to finish.

Henderson Connellan Market Harborough office staff have been a pleasure to work with. Their rates are competitive, the valuation was spot on and they were consistently courteous, friendly and professional. I was kept informed at all stages of the process. Holly did everything she could to facilitate access to my tenanted house and overcame obstacles without complaint. As a team they make a strong and competitive estate agency in the area they cover. Deserving of the 5 star rating.

Henderson Connellan are a fantastic estate agent, I never leave reviews but I feel they need praise when it’s due. We had a terrible experience with another estate agent and we’re thrilled with how Abby, Holly, Greta and the team looked after us. I will never use any other estate agent again. Thank you for all your help and understanding.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

From the past feedback I had been given about Henderson connellan I knew we were onto a good thing that the house we really wanted was listed with them. Shannon presented us with our veiwing and answered the questions we had, also chasing a few follow ups with our sellers via email too. Abby then took over once our offer had been accepted and explained how everything works ,again being very approachable and answered all questions in a timely manor. The friendly nature of the team , the time they have us and the knowledge was perfect. I would absolutely recommend the estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. We are so glad and lucky that we got to utilise and work with theese two ladies on particular. Thank you

Big thank you to all who work there especially to Abby, Conan, Holly and Greta.

Can't thank the team at Henderson Connellan enough. Throughout they were kind, understanding and professional focusing on getting everything right for my mother and her move after living in her home for over 50 years. Communication was brilliant and even though the process took over a year, they never put pressure on us to make a decision that wasn't right for us. Thank you, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have been looking at houses in Market Harborough for sometime and viewed a couple with other agents. We viewed 3 properties with Henderson Connellan and were really impressed with the whole team. What stood out was there knowledge of each property and taking the time to really tell us about the house and area. They understood us buyers and the issues we faced and things we were looking for. From start to finish it’s been a great experience and not just from the sales team but also all the back office team who answered all our questions or queries quickly and efficiently. On completion we got a lovely little gift from them which was a lovely touch. Very highly recommended and we would definitely use them again.

We have been fortunate to have bought a house listed by Hendersons twice now. Firstly 9 years ago and most recently this year. Both instances we found the service excellent, both times the sales team listened to what we were looking for and were able to come up with a house we had not considered / wasn't yet listed that matched our needs. Given the stress of trying to find a house that would suit, this was appreciated. Communication through both sales was excellent as well and whenever we had questions, we were never made to feel like we were a bother, so reaching out to them was always pleasant. If we ever move again, I can only hope that the house we look to buy is being sold by Hendersons.

Greta who showed us round was timely, friendly and professional. Abbey was cheerful on the phone and when I popped in.(Love your different decor!) First attracted by your chained cart of blooms outside.
