Henderson Connellan Market Harborough reviews

Henderson Connellan helped us with every step in selling our parent's home . What impressed us right at the start was David, Holly , Conan, Shannon, Greta and Abby all visiting the house, getting to know its stories ( and us) so that, whoever we spoke to on the phone, we felt that they cared and knew the property. This mattered to us, as well as the smooth, professional way that everything about the sale was handled. We would definitely recommend Henderson Connellan.

For nearly a year we have dealt with pretty well all the estate agents in Market Harborough but Holly at Henderson Connellan is without doubt the best and most helpful we have encountered. Not only is she exceptionally knowledgeable about the market and a skilled negotiator but she offers very well considered advice and is reliable patient and thoughtful. Thank you Holly.

The team at Henderson Connellan at Market Harborough are excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The team were efficient, polite and respectful, and always had my best interests at heart. Having bought and sold properties numerous times with other agents, I am able to say that Henderson Connellan provided me with the best experience and I would highly recommend them without hesitation. Particular thanks to Holly Smith, Abby, Greta, Shannon and Conan who dealt with my sale.

The team at Henderson Connellan were very supportive from start to finish of the sale of my late mum’s bungalow. It didn’t help that I was abroad at the time and there was a 13 hour time difference but Abby went above and beyond using WhatsApp to keep me and our potential buyer informed at all stages. Would definitely recommend this Estate Agent

Cannot praise them highly enough. Special thanks has to go to Abby. People forget that the tricky part of selling a house is moving it from exchange to completion and there is none better at this than Abby and convinced without her skill we wouldn't have ever moved. Henderson Connellan are a brilliant agent and the best at what they do and cannot thank them enough.

The whole team provided a superb service in dealing with the sale of my property , which was far from simple due to legal problems . In particular Abby Adams went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service to both myself and the purchasers . Highly recommended

Henderson Connellan have been brilliant estate agemts for me - the whole team were briefed well for the sale and Holly did a great job with possible buyers. Abby dealt with multiple enquiries re the sale and is still looking after us and dealing with follow up queries even now we've moved out. They were always prompt to reply, very helpful and professional, worked well with our solicitors - and I can't recommend them enough

Couldn’t fault the service provided by the Henderson Connellan team at the Market Harborough branch. The initial appointment with David was excellent, covered everything I needed to know and the follow up thank you video was a really nice touch. The sales team of Holly, Conan and Shannon were very professional and friendly. All viewings, feedback and offers were handled efficiently with great communication. The after sale service provided by Abby was exemplary, she was always efficient, friendly and upbeat, throughout what can be often be the most stressful part of the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the services of the Harborough team again and highly recommend their services.

What an outstanding company to have work for you, from start to finish the team performance was always professional, they do what they say they’re going to do, with plenty of communication, advise and support throughout the most stressful time of you life. Without the support of Henderson Connellan our house sale and purchase may not of happened as planned as timings were crucial. Shout out to Abby, you’re a star ⭐️ We would definitely recommend (Market Harborough branch)

We were really happy with the friendly and professional. service from Henderson Connellan. Having previously used an online agent, we wanted to go with a market leader this time as we felt our home (which we still loved!) deserved proper treatment! The team at Henderson Connellan didn't disappoint. The quality of the photos on our house listing were far superior to other agents which allowed our home to shine. We had strong interest in our home and viewings were well handled. Unfortunately our first sale fell through, but Holly and Abby were both able to give quick, professional advice - getting us back onto the market again and with three asking price offers on the table in less than a week! The whole team were absolutely fantastic - enthusiastic, yet realistic and set our expectations well. The absolute star of the show was Abby who kept us informed at every step of the way and saved us from additional stress and tears on several occasions! Thank you!! We would recommend Henderson Connellan to anyone who wants top quality service.

I was a first time buyer and was kept informed throughout, treated with the utmost respect and kindness and genuinely the team made the whole transaction that bit easier and less stressful which meant the world - would highly recommend!

This is a first class Estate Agent. We dealt with the whole team but especially Abby who was a true professional. We were the buyer not the seller so Henderson Connellan were not working for us at all but they were straight forward, empathetic, understanding and most importantly they kept us informed and when they said they would come back to us they did that. I have dealt with a few Estate Agents and this is so rare. They are true professionals and I would recommend them highly, I would not hesitate to use them again. I take my hat off to a really great bunch of people in the team especially Abby.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I've had three different experiences with real estate agencies in the UK, and I can say, without a doubt, that Henderson Connellan was the most pleasant: professional, competent, and true to their promises. Hats off!

Henderson Connellan sold our house and we are happy with the service provided. The whole team that I had dealings with Greta, David, Conan, Holly and Abby (sorry if I missed anyone) went above and beyond and were always professional and courteous in their dealings with my wife and me. There is a nice team atmosphere at HC and whoever picks up the phone will try to help you if they can.

A big thank you to the members of the team I encountered whilst purchasing a shared ownership flat. Shannon, Abby, and Conan were always polite, helpful, and friendly and they have my gratitude. They were also good-humoured and patient... which, as an elderly, buyer I much appreciated!

We have bought and sold a couple of properties with Henderson Connellan over the years and couldn’t fault them. They are committed to positive customer service and their client handling is second to none. Holly is a very dedicated agent, who is determined to get the right buyer at the right price for your property, and Abbie ensures no sale ever falls down. Would certainly use them again in the future.

Henderson Connellan provided excellent service in my search for my new home. They had by far the most suitable properties on their books and Shannon was great in showing us around each and giving us the information we needed. The sale process and key handover also went smoothly. Very happy all round.

Throughout our house buying process, everybody involved at Henderson were always professional, courteous, and accommodating. Abby in particular, really helped us successfully navigate through various hurdles, and undoubtedly made the journey more bearable. She competently mediated difficult communications with the vendor, and for that we are grateful! We have no hesitation in recommending Henderson Connellan as agents.
