Although I have owned previous houses this was my 1st solo purchase having recently separated. Shannon was amazing "holding my hand" throughout. Very transparent and communicative keeps me up to date throughout.

This week we completed on our house move. We have been viewing houses for over 12 months and despite making some offers had never actually managed to secure a home. Throughout this journey Greta, at Henderson Connellan, has been the most helpful, thoughtful, patient and understanding support. Nothing was every too much trouble and she would go out of her way to send us houses that she thought we might like rather than waiting for us to spot them on Right move. Throughout the process you felt she was a friend on your side who wanted you to find the right home, more than an agent just trying to get a sale. I would highly recommend Henderson Connellan as your agent of choice, whether buying or selling a property,

Purchased a flat through Henderson Connellan in Market Harborough and had a great experience with them. They kept me updated throughout the process, responded to queries promptly and professionally and were really easy to deal with. Our main contact was Shannon Sweeney who made the whole experience stress free - which is not something I've experienced before with house transactions! Would happily recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future, if and when we come to sell the flat.

Absolutely Outstanding Service, The Best in Market Harborough From start to finish, Henderson Connellan provided exceptional service in the sale of our property. The entire team worked seamlessly together, but Abby deserves special recognition for going above and beyond throughout what turned out to be an incredibly challenging 9-month chain. Abby’s communication was flawless. She kept everyone in the loop, provided timely updates, and always had time for us on the phone, no matter how busy she must have been. Despite undoubtedly juggling numerous other queries and clients, Abby made us feel valued and never like we were just “another sale.” Her dedication, professionalism, and calm demeanour during difficult moments were a lifeline, and her ability to navigate complex situations with grace was nothing short of remarkable. Henderson Connellan exemplifies what an estate agent should be. Their customer-focused approach, attention to detail, and genuine care for their clients set them apart from the rest. They are, without a doubt, the best estate agents in Market Harborough. If you’re looking for an agent who truly puts your best interests first and ensures a smooth process, choose Henderson Connellan!

HC were not my estate agents, they were for the house we were purchasing, but they were fantastic! From viewing the house with Conan and the following calls thereafter with the team, including Shannon and Abby, the service HC provided was above and beyond. Regular calls and updates and lots of tooing and froing. My estate agents were very quiet and unresponsive when I called but when I called Abby specifically, she was amazing and listened to many of my rants and meltdowns throughout the process providing me the information and support I needed. I really cannot recommend the team enough. If I ever sell this house, I know who I’m calling. Thank you to you all and we wish you a merry Christmas!

Abby from Henderson Connellan has been very helpful with being responsive and keeping us in the loop with what has ended up being a longer-than-expected house purchase. I would recommend Henderson Connellan as a good estate agent to deal with from beginning to end.

We recently sold our house to Henderson Connellan, having bought through them 6 years ago. We had fantastic service from start to finish, with the team (special shout out to Shannon!) often going above and beyond. From selling the house before the photos were even taken, to dealing with tricky (and sometimes quite frustrating) circumstances to helping our vendors (using an alternative agent) to find removals to ensure we kept our planned completion date - they were first class. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team.

Everyone has been very professional, from our initial contact through to the sale, and I can thoroughly recommend them.

I recently purchased a house on the market with Henderson Connellan. I mostly dealt with an agent called Abby and she was so helpful, efficient, friendly and professional. My buyer on my house pulled out just before completion but we still held the chain together and I found another buyer within 48 hours so all good. But a very stressful experience for me and Abby's client/seller was handled so well and we completed within 5 weeks. If I ever sell my house, they would be my agents of choice - thanks Abby, a pleasure to buy through you.

Excellent service from Henderson Connellan Market Harborough. Even when we encountered difficulties, with a very slow and torturous process due to external factors we could not control, the team kept us relatively sane by updating us regularly and doing their best to move the situation on. And thankfully, it all ended in a successful completion. Would definitely choose Henderson Connellan Market Harborough again!

We can’t thank the team at Henderson Connellan more for their support in helping us sell and move. From start to finish we had a great experience despite outside factors making the process stressful and drawn out at times. Despite the challenges, HC were great throughout. A special thanks to Holly who worked really hard to find us a buyer and helped us secure a great negotiation on the purchase of our dream home. And of course a special mention to Abby, who was fantastic throughout the after-sale process. Abby put up with my constant phone calls and emails throughout a stressful process and continuously provided us with updates as well as being very on the ball in proactively moving things forward. We are so grateful to the team at HC and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing estate agent services. Thanks team!

Shannon showed us around the property multiple times, was always available to assist, patiently answered all our questions, and made the process of first-time buying a wonderful experience. I couldn’t recommend Shannon and the HC team more highly! Thanks again, Harry

We sold our house through Henderson Connellan, and the team were really fabulous throughout. Our house was sold quickly, Abby & Greta did a fantastic job keeping up with us through the process, and Holly and Shannon were really helpful showing us lots of new houses and giving some excellent house selling advice. Everyone else was a pleasure to communicate with too - an excellent team we'd definitely recommend!

Fantastic service throughout. A very efficient team showing the house and getting plenty of potential buyers through the door and providing sound advice on how to handle the various offers we received. It was in handling the chain however that H&C's service really shone. We were in a complicated chain but Abby stayed on top of it and kept us informed throughout. Couldn't recommend the team at H&C Market Harborough highly enough.

Abby & the team were fantastic. We were in quite a long chain with inevitable hold ups along the way, however Abby was always doing her best to chase and follow things up to keep it all moving, and the communication with us was great. Would recommend Henderson Conellan (Market Harborough) if you want a dedicated and hard working team. The bubbly once we completed was an extra special touch too!
