The Only Agent you will ever need!

Contracts exchanged completion in sight!! Never an easy process but one which was made so much more bearable by the incredible service delivered by Henderson Connellan. This agent seems to have worked out the importance of regular and clear communication along the 'chain' associated with most transactions. So often agents seem to lose interest once an offer has been made but with the, very capable Abby, keeping everyone in the picture and smoothing things out a successful result was ensured. From the initial viewings, which were handled in a very helpful and professional manner to the final negotiations it would be very very difficult to find a better group of people - Well Done to Henderson Connellan the only agent you will ever need!

Property purchase!

I have to say how thoroughly impressed I was with Holly smith at Henderson Connellon when purchasing our house! The purchase had proved to be difficult from the start but holly never gave up. She was always in contact with me and even went out of her way, out of her working hours to chase people and keep me up to date on the situation! If it wasn't for holly we would never have gone through with buying our new home as the stress just would have been too much!! Abby was also absolutely brilliant, and so helpful helping us through the rest of the process once the sale had been agreed!! A calming, reassuring, and informative presence throughout the process.

It was a huge relief to me that Abby took control of pushing my purchase through and chased continuously for updates and news from the concerned parties. I can honestly say that she could not have been more helpful. I had particularly difficult to deal with conveyancers and to have someone on my side to assist and intervene when needed was greatly appreciated. The service I received from Henderson Conellan with regard to the viewing and subsequent purchase of a residential property has been exceptional. My wife and I dealt primarily with the Sales Manager, Tom Cheshire. Tom was professional, well informed and prompt in all dealings we had with him. When we went to Henderson Connellan we were greeted by Holly Smith. We were seeking a specific type of property in a specific area and we visited all of the agents in Market Harborough. Holly actually listened to what we said and unlike a lot of other agents, did not bombard us with properties that were totally unsuitable. Holly kept us updated, and said that she knew what we were after and would keep in touch. When she phoned to say that she had a house that she thought would be ideal we went straight round. We purchased a property through Henderson Connellan and can honestly say that they were the only silver lining in what turned out to be a very stressful and drawn out process (due to bottom of chain). In a sellers and rising market in Market Harborough we registered with a handful of local agents conscious of a high demand for properties in the area. Holly Smith at HC took an active interest in our requirements and sourced a number of potential properties for us. After finding a suitable property both our buyer and then our vendor pulled out over just three days. Undeterred and with us having found another buyer quickly Holly set about finding us another property and acting swiftly found us four more to view. Quality Housing, knowledgable and proactive staff

We had a short window to view housing. Hendersons were flexible when our time slots moved and we were able to see a large number of houses in our window.
