Fantastic service from start to finish, all the staff are super knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I was regularly kept up to date with what was happening and they were always very responsive and very quick to come back to me with updates. My house sold subject to contract within 24 hours of going on the market and that was definitely down to H&C knowing their client database and the high quality of the brochure that was put together for the house. I can’t recommend David and the team at Market Harborough enough and I would definitely use them again without hesitation if I was selling a house.

From initial consultation, the excellent professional photography through to exchange day, we felt we were in safe hands. Abby was looking after our account and her commitment to delivering an excellent service was brilliant. We were updated at key points along the way, acting as an intermediary between ourselves, our buyers and our solicitor. Always there to answer queries and get answers to questions that she didn’t have at her fingertips. Not only did they sell my property at the asking price within a short period of time but even before the property went on the market and during the refurbishment process they assisted me greatly in the smooth running of the refurb and provided in depth advice of the local market. Fantastic Estate Agent - so glad we selected these to sell our house. From a sellers point of view their marketing is excellent, great photos & description and David is spot on with his valuations. We sold our house in less than 24 hours of it going live. Right buyer, right time yes but credit to Henderson Connellan for getting everything just right. From a buyers point of view Holly worked with us to show us houses that she knew we would like. We were quite fussy but Holly got it just right every time. Lewis as well was really good when showing us round houses, very professional and easy to talk to & discuss our thoughts. David also gave us advice when he didn't have to and was just massively helpful throughout. Lastly after sales - Sandy was brilliant getting our completion over the line. Unfortunately we had to deal with one particularly incompetent solicitor in the chain however Sandy helped us by escalating this when everyone else was hitting brick walls. I don't think we'd have completed yet if it wasn't for Sandy and on top of that she put up with my multiple calls and emails very well! We wouldn't hesitate to use Henderson Connellan in future, these guys know how to sell houses and their customer service is second to none. A huge thanks to a fantastic team.

These guys have got a great reputation for a reason. We can’t sing their praises highly enough. We had a very stressful experience when our buyer pulled out at the 11th hour but Holly and Conan were incredibly supportive and somehow managed to keep our spirits up. They had sold our house again within a matter of days and we really felt like they were rooting for us and that they cared about the human side of the transaction. The photographer is lovely too and was so thorough and attentive to detail. We thoroughly recommend Henderson Connellan; they are personable, efficient and they certainly know their market. Estate agents often get a bad name but this team turns all that on its head. Moving house is highly emotional and stressful but they held our hand through it all and we are so grateful.
