Henderson Connellan handled both the sale of our property and our purchase. Right through from our initial valuation, viewings and suggesting properties for us, everyone on the sales team was amazing. Lewis and Conan both went above and beyond to help us secure our dream home, and Sandra was an absolute star looking after us through the sale and purchase. All this while we were on lockdown as well, we couldn't be happier with Henderson Connellan

Holly and Conan showed us around three different properties. We never felt unduly pressured and, when we found the one we wanted, they helped us to move quickly to secure it within a matter of hours. The after sales process was a long one due to issues in the rest of the chain (mostly outside of our vendor’s control) but Holly and Abby did their best to keep us updated and, when those issues came to a head, got us over the line to exchange. Looking forward to completion in the coming weeks.

My partner and I are first time buyers looking for the perfect dream home. We have working with a number of agents during our search and Henderson and Connellan are heads and shoulders above the rest. They have really made the process so much more enjoyable that it had been! Working closely with Holly, she has really made us feel like we are individuals, not just another sale for her. She has kept us updated on any new properties before they go on rightmove and made sure that we don’t feel like we are forgotten, emailing us to let us know that she’s still on the hunt for our perfect property! Everyone at the office is always so welcoming and even if Holly wasn’t available to liaise with us direct, or show us round a property, I never felt I was being treated differently by other members of the team. I was so daunted about buying a property but any queries and worries have been put to rest by Holly and the team! Henderson Connellan have been absolutely fantastic throughout our whole house buying process. We dealt with Danielle initially and then Abby, who have both been amazing. I’m honestly not sure our house move would have gone ahead without Abby - she chased the chain for us, sorted out any issues, updated us regularly - she generally went above and beyond to get this through for us. Her customer service is great - she is an absolute asset to Henderson Connellan. I just wish more people had customer service skills like her. The excellent service we have received from Holly Smith.

When we went to Henderson Connellan we were greeted by Holly Smith. We were seeking a specific type of property in a specific area and we visited all of the agents in Market Harborough. Holly actually listened to what we said and unlike a lot of other agents, did not bombard us with properties that were totally unsuitable. Holly kept us updated, and said that she knew what we were after and would keep in touch. When she phoned to say that she had a house that she thought would be ideal we went straight round. Holly had found us exactly the house we were looking for, and we offered the asking price on the spot. We have nothing but praise for this young lady, and give her the highest possible rating.

Excellent Agent - First Class

We purchased a property through Henderson Connellan and can honestly say that they were the only silver lining in what turned out to be a very stressful and drawn out process (due to bottom of chain). The entire team, particularly Abby, were always the most up to date (including being ahead of our solicitor and our own estate agent) with information regarding the entire chain and were always willing to help. We were so impressed with the team at Henderson Connellan, especially Danielle. Through the whole process of relocation and house hunting the attention to detail and the personal care was fantastic. Home move

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by Tom with his enthusiastic handshake I felt at home. Tom was insistent that he could sell our house with no trouble ,I didn't believe him but it went live on the Monday and sold on the Friday.a feat that was also down to the delightful Holly. I must also mention Danielle although she was in the background but it was clear she was part of a great team. So having sold the house we were introduced to the lovely Abby who was responsible for following the sale through. How I tried the patience of this lady but never once was she anything but super in her dealings with us. Having had contact with two other agencies during this period I can honestly say that didn't even rate on the same scale as Hendersons and we thank all the team for the warm reception they always gave us when we walked through the door.and would recommend them every time for being a first class agency and doing a first class job. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Henderson Connellan are amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying ir selling a house in Market Harborough. David came round to do the valuation, very professional and personable. The whole team then came round the following day to look at the property. They asked intelligent and searching questions and I felt confident they would be able to describe the house and answer any questions any one coming into the shop asked. Viewings were always notified in advance. Holly put a detailed set of lock up instructions together for the team as we were on holiday at the time of the viewings. Conan and Tom patiently waited while prospective buyers looked round and the people who did buy our house told us they had been in looking at it for almost two hours with Conan! What patienceand determination to put the customer first. Abby chases the sales and was always updating us on what was happening. She was very professional, never lost her temper, even when I felt it would have been justified and simply focussed on keeping the sale on track. I could not have asked for a better team. The house sold very quickly, due to some extent to the marketing, enthusiasm and dedication of the whole team.
