A professional friendly pro-active agency

In a sellers and rising market in Market Harborough we registered with a handful of local agents conscious of a high demand for properties in the area. Holly Smith at HC took an active interest in our requirements and sourced a number of potential properties for us. After finding a suitable property both our buyer and then our vendor pulled out over just three days. Undeterred and with us having found another buyer quickly Holly set about finding us another property and acting swiftly found us four more to view. Knowing the market conditions and the lack of availability we were able to offer on our chosen property and are now very happy in our new home. Throughout Holly, supported by her director and back office staff have been pro-active professional, friendly and responsive to our requirements. We have no hesitation in recommending HC Market Harborough. We had very little contact from other agents in the town.

Excellent service received from Tom Cheshire at Henderson Connellan. We had been looking for a house to buy in Market Harborough for months and Tom kept in regular contract with us to update us on any new properties coming on the market. We were then able to buy a house within the first day of it coming onto the market. Tom also went above and beyond duty to help us find good local tradesman. Brilliant agents by far

I contacted this agent as I wished for them to handle the sale of my flat. From picking up the phone to arrange a valuation all the staff were keen, friendly and offered me an appointment within a few days, The agent who attended was very attentive, keen and gave me a very good valuation. From when the property went on the market it was handled in an excellent and professional manner by Holly Smith, Holly was outstanding, very knowledgeable and worked extremely hard to sell the property. Holly and her team kept me informed of everything they were doing, were very polite, helpful and very efficient. Couldn't ask for more!

We knew HC were good as we had used them previously, but this time they exceeded their own high standards. From the initial telephone enquiry Holly sounded genuinely keen to come and appraise the property and promptly arranged for David to do so, he gave an honest and realistic valuation and talked us through the process without the hard sell. They even hand delivered some property details later that evening. We didn’t speak to any other agents as we were confident HC were the right team for the job. On instruction the following week Holly came round to prepare the details and again was really enthusiastic about the house, I was impressed as I knew this would filter through to potential buyers. Before the ink was dry on the particulars we had a number of viewings booked in. The house sold within 7 days for the full asking price to a buyer in a great position – couldn’t ask for more. Quality Housing, knowledgable and proactive staff

We had a short window to view housing. Hendersons were flexible when our time slots moved and we were able to see a large number of houses in our window. Each house matched our basic requirements, but our agent quickly understood exactly what we were looking for and added a new house that we had not booked at the end of our viewing session. The house was perfect us. The house purchase went through smoothly, and we were informed throughout with any changes in the chain.

Really pleased with this service. We bought our home through them. Nothing was too much trouble and they even gave us a "welcome to your new home" pack. I still use the key ring because it's nice and shiny! A few years later, we sold our home through them. All the staff are so friendly, nothing is too much bother for them. I can't rate them highly enough. I can't imagine we will, but if we sold our house again, I wouldn't look anywhere else.
