The Trusted AgentHighly Recommended Estate Agents
I have dealt with three estate agents in 2015 whilst trying to sell our family home and Henderson Connellan were the best by far. I felt like they cared about selling our home and the communication, which is sadly lacking with other agents, was excellent. They acted with professionalism and integrity with a certain issue, which we cannot always say about companies in this business. Once our house was sold the help with communicating with solicitors and buyers was performed to a superb level, and assisted with overcoming obstacles (like solicitors!).
I do not recommend things easily but I will recommended Henderson Connellan to anyone thinking of selling their property.

GoogleThere's absolutely nothing wrong with their service but not quite 5 stars. Pre-sale was fantastic and communication was faultless. Post-sale (just pre-move) communication seemed to be buyer focused (we were selling). Nothing bad but it felt like sometimes we needed to chase them instead of them updating us as things happened. Overall really professional and good service though. I would recommend them.
