First I met Linda who was very friendly and helpful, gone to a viewing with Malik who has done everything and beyond for me to help. GoogleI have requested a change in my tenancy agreement 1 month ago. Abigail Price was unable to process this however the requested payment was made 1,5 week ago and she is unavailable to take my calls and just ignoring my e-mails (however I request confirmation). Only time she took my call when I contacted via the new tenancy office. So I paid and get nothing done until now.
We are sorry to hear you are not happy. The management team are currently seeking your landlords authority to proceed with your application and we will be in contact again as soon as this is received. If authority to proceed is not granted by your landlord, Lenwell will naturally refund all application fees paid. We are however hopeful that your landlord will approve your application and we will then be authorised to proceed with your request.
