I have been very impressed with the service that I have received from Lloyd representing Madley Property. He has been very responsive to my text/e-mails and phone calls and have been accommodating to my numerous viewing requests! Looking forward for completing 1101CT as soon as possible and possibly working on rentals aspects and new buys in the future! The only sticking point that I could think of would be around the communication with regards to the furniture in the apartment. This may have been a miscommunication on all of us namely seller, me and him! This could be a learning for all stakeholders moving forward.

Very professional and friendly service

Madley has been very professional and friendly throughout the selling process. The main person who has ben dealing with my property is Lloyd, who managed to get a look of viewings in a fairly difficult market. He has been very easy to communicate with and has dealt with the viewings - including giving prompt feedback from each potential buyer - brilliantly. Lloyd has also been very helpful in guiding me through the sometimes complicated process of solicitors, searches etc that kick in once I accepted an offer. Based on Lloyd's professional and friendly service - as well as the support of his colleagues Matt, Zamir and Regina - I would recommend any buyer to consider Madley when selling their property.

Excellent service!

My partner and I have just completed a contract re-assignment on a new-build and Madley Property are the agency we used. Initially, it was a different company I was due to view the property with, but Lloyd at Madley contacted me and explained that he's very familiar with the building we were interested in, so I decided to view it with Lloyd instead. We’re first time buyers and very unsure of the contract re-assignment process, Lloyd answered all of our questions and showed a real willingness to show us the area and the specifics of the new-build. We felt he spoke very candidly and honestly about everything which built up a level of trust, we eventually made an offer which was accepted. Lloyd’s manager Matt then became our main contact going forward and he has been great in keeping us updated and acting as the link between all of the parties involved. At one point we had a few concerns with an aspect of the new-build and Matt took it upon himself to find out the answer and allay our concerns in a quick and professional way. Overall, we’ve received excellent service from Lloyd and Matt at Madley and would be happy to recommend the company to friends and family.

Yet to buy property but the agent works with you

Lloyd is my chosen agent at Madley property since the first time I got in touch with Madley about a property to buy last year. New Tenant

We have had a lot of issues after moving in, mainly no hot water or heating for 3 days. Tonte has sorted every out and now fingers crossed everything is working as should be.. He has replied to emails in a timely fashion. One point I would like to make, as a new tenant moving into a flat I think I would makes sense if there was a handover as such ie how heating works, boiler, where electricity box/gas box/bins are located.

Such a great guy!

From the start of our property search Lloyd was helpful and patient with us. I would not even rate them one star. Absolutely the worst letting agency, they are extreamly rude and racist towards others. I have never seen a company like this before in my life. They ignore your issues and concerns and they couldn't careless about trying to help you solve problems for your property but yet they expect rent on time. I would advise everyone to stay away from this fraud company, they will leave you in a room with leaks and mould growing in your bathroom without getting it fixed. Absolutely the worst company.

Dear Raphael & Emma, Houseman Homes I’ve known you both for several years and we’ve worked together on many occasions which I thank you for. In this time, you’ve sold mums house and this time round a house on behalf of my mother-in-law. 2020 was a challenge for many and during lockdown we had to move Lauren’s nan into full time care. It was a real tough time for all. We put Daphne’s house on the market to afford the full-time care and she unfortunately passed away. 93 years old and I’m pretty sure she wanted to kick my arse. You guys were absolutely first class. From advising us all on not taking certain offers, advising buyers on future planning permission to avoid time wasters, and handling the family during their loss. All of this as well as keeping the buyers informed throughout the probate. Thank you both for this above and beyond service. Beware of this agency and it’s properties 14 Western Gateway , i rented a flat 2 bed for a year . Worse decision i made in my life , the entire tenancy was a mess and extreme stress . First they used fake pictures of the property . It never was in those conditions . Then the landlord promises he will bring the property to its pictures condition , never happened during the entire year . Not even a bulb was changed. The landlord is a major problem , he harrases you every day with emails containing threats , creates some so called problems and issues that you create reported by the concierge and its a total drama , however the concierge always told us there where never any complaints of any kind . The landlord never speaks to you directly , he creates fake emails of his so called friends & lawyers that have @gmail accounts (fake) and they all have the same ip address = same person . This landlord forces you to meet with banks for mortgage valuations taking up your personal time to resolve his personal issues otherwise you are threatened with eviction . He will tell you to also lie to the inspectors about the amount you pay for rent so he can get approved. When you leave don’t expect the entire deposit , he will want to change furniture and decorate and paint the flat with your money . Too bad for him that deposits protected are only being used for rent in arrears , damages to the structure of the property. The agency never helps , first they tell you they manage the property , then they don’t is the landlord . The landlord is nowhere to be found when you need him and if you keep trying to get in touch he will make you leave the property to keep your deposit. As you can see reading all reviews it’s a common practice , they will need at least 300 pounds from your deposit .
