When we were in our search for a new home we contacted a lot of real estate agencies. Natalie from Madley was the only agent who communicated open, quick and was very flexibel in showing houses. She was involved since the first contactmoment. Eaven when she was sick she took the time to show us the apartment. Because I couldn't visite the appartement, but my partner did, she sended me the pictures and movies from the appartement before the showing. If we are ever in the market for a new apartment, we will contact Natalie.

Seriously:
We had an absolute nightmare of a buying process but Lloyd was there to whip both sets of solicitors into shape. I think we’d still be stuck homeless and waiting on someone who’d put us to the bottom of the pile 3 months down the line if it wasn’t for him. Give the man a medal or a promotion because it is quite honestly the least he deserves. One hell of a good egg.
