Service was impeccable up until the day we moved in.. Then noone turned up to our check-in and it was all downhill from there - almost 2 weeks later and we still don't have all the keys for the property. Charlotte has been unhelpful, unapologetic and even rude - she seems inexperienced and unable to act appropriately when things go wrong. Tonte has so far been proactive and helpful, hopefully things will improve in his hands.

Myself and my friend had spent ages looking at different properties and speaking to different agents over the course of several months. Finding a Flat at was not an easy task , that too when you are in mid of pandemic and staying 60 miles away. Natalie was absolutely incredible throughout our moving process. It was quite stressful having to move from our old apartment at short notice, but Natalie's professional manner and efficiency was unrivalled. I was interested in rental flat that Natalie managed, and had great experience with the service from her from the showing through signing the letting agreement. Coming from overseas, I was rather unfamiliar with the necessary formalities and some legal aspects, but Natalie was always there to clearly explain everything I was concerned about and to keep things in general on track. New Tenant

We have had a lot of issues after moving in, mainly no hot water or heating for 3 days. Tonte has sorted every out and now fingers crossed everything is working as should be.. He has replied to emails in a timely fashion. One point I would like to make, as a new tenant moving into a flat I think I would makes sense if there was a handover as such ie how heating works, boiler, where electricity box/gas box/bins are located.

From the start of our property search Lloyd was helpful and patient with us. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our choice of home and showed myself the flat first and didn't mind taking time on another day to show my girlfriend too.
