We purchased a property through Madley and Lloyd was the main reason our purchase was successful. He was very communicative from the start and able to solve all the issues we encountered mid purchase. We are grateful we found him. We had previously dealt with another agency which was not as honest as Lloyd and it made a huge difference. He answered all our questions and doubts and was able to chase all the different parties to ensure the purchase happened on time (which was earlier than expected) . I recently purchased a property through Madley and dealt with Lloyd. It was a very long, difficult and stressful situation (due to solicitors), which at multiple stages could’ve fallen apart. However, Lloyd was the negotiator in the middle trying to ensure that both sides were happy, going the extra mile to ensure we could still proceed. Without him, there’s a good chance it would’ve fallen apart. I had been looking for a property for around a year and dealt with many agents. Lloyd is one of the few I’d happily work with again. He has everyone’s best interests at heart, is professional and just an all round nice guy.

Excellent service!

My partner and I have just completed a contract re-assignment on a new-build and Madley Property are the agency we used. Initially, it was a different company I was due to view the property with, but Lloyd at Madley contacted me and explained that he's very familiar with the building we were interested in, so I decided to view it with Lloyd instead. We’re first time buyers and very unsure of the contract re-assignment process, Lloyd answered all of our questions and showed a real willingness to show us the area and the specifics of the new-build. We felt he spoke very candidly and honestly about everything which built up a level of trust, we eventually made an offer which was accepted. Lloyd’s manager Matt then became our main contact going forward and he has been great in keeping us updated and acting as the link between all of the parties involved. At one point we had a few concerns with an aspect of the new-build and Matt took it upon himself to find out the answer and allay our concerns in a quick and professional way. Overall, we’ve received excellent service from Lloyd and Matt at Madley and would be happy to recommend the company to friends and family.

Yet to buy property but the agent works with you

Lloyd is my chosen agent at Madley property since the first time I got in touch with Madley about a property to buy last year. Whilst I haven’t still have not found the perfect place for me to buy Lloyd is the one person I have trusted thus far to give me a honest lowdown on each property and who really takes the time out to understand your requirements and no pressure to shift properties to buyer. Extremely professional and helpful
