Finding a Flat at was not an easy task , that too when you are in mid of pandemic and staying 60 miles away. Natalie was very professional as well as personal…my stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met. Natalie is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. She negotiated and helped us to obtain the flat and complete all the formalities online. We purchased a property through Madley and Lloyd was the main reason our purchase was successful. He was very communicative from the start and able to solve all the issues we encountered mid purchase. We are grateful we found him. We had previously dealt with another agency which was not as honest as Lloyd and it made a huge difference. He answered all our questions and doubts and was able to chase all the different parties to ensure the purchase happened on time (which was earlier than expected) . Natalie was absolutely incredible throughout our moving process. It was quite stressful having to move from our old apartment at short notice, but Natalie's professional manner and efficiency was unrivalled. She made sure to keep us posted on progress via email and courtesy calls as appropriate, and took care in inspecting the apartment properly before our move-in date to ensure that everything was done properly (including a second clean). I recently purchased a property through Madley and dealt with Lloyd. It was a very long, difficult and stressful situation (due to solicitors), which at multiple stages could’ve fallen apart. However, Lloyd was the negotiator in the middle trying to ensure that both sides were happy, going the extra mile to ensure we could still proceed. Without him, there’s a good chance it would’ve fallen apart. I had been looking for a property for around a year and dealt with many agents. Lloyd is one of the few I’d happily work with again. He has everyone’s best interests at heart, is professional and just an all round nice guy.

I was interested in rental flat that Natalie managed, and had great experience with the service from her from the showing through signing the letting agreement. Coming from overseas, I was rather unfamiliar with the necessary formalities and some legal aspects, but Natalie was always there to clearly explain everything I was concerned about and to keep things in general on track. You never have a feeling of going through a generic checklist, she listens to your concerns and focuses on dealing with them. Very much recommended!

Natalie is the perfect professional. Because of the COVID-19 situation everything was more complicated, but she helped us with the process and made everything easier. When we were in our search for a new home we contacted a lot of real estate agencies. Natalie from Madley was the only agent who communicated open, quick and was very flexibel in showing houses. She was involved since the first contactmoment. Eaven when she was sick she took the time to show us the apartment. Because I couldn't visite the appartement, but my partner did, she sended me the pictures and movies from the appartement before the showing. If we are ever in the market for a new apartment, we will contact Natalie.

Ode to Lloyd There once was an estate agent called Lloyd With whom one could never be annoyed His work was exceptional Though the whole process detestable He went above and beyond, we love you Lloyd Seriously: We had an absolute nightmare of a buying process but Lloyd was there to whip both sets of solicitors into shape. I think we’d still be stuck homeless and waiting on someone who’d put us to the bottom of the pile 3 months down the line if it wasn’t for him. Give the man a medal or a promotion because it is quite honestly the least he deserves. One hell of a good egg.

Google***The review is about the letting branch and their landlord Jose Pizarro*** These guys make you lose faith in humanity. I rarely post reviews, specially negative ones, but I feel it's my duty to warn other potential tenants so they're not mislead and lied to the same way we were.These guys will get you at the checkout. My wife and I checked out from one of their managed flat (which is own by local chef José Pizarro). And had to keep up with dishonest and very poor behaviour from the managing agent Tonte Douglas. They kept almost £900 from our deposit claiming £50 for a light bulb (everything was working when we left and we left plenty of spares) and another £50 for shelves units which are in place and apparent in the checkout report! The list goes on. The managing agent said that it was more of "contribution towards the wear and tear" and they "cannot give the full amount back regardless". That explained it. Their "plat de resistance" was £288 for the checkout report which they didn't validate with me, it was deducted from the deposit. The same company quoted me £102 for the exact same work (I made sure to confirm given the large discrepancy). The undisputed amount was returned over 35 days after checkout after continuous chasing. All of this while we had to put up with the broken balcony door/window for almost 4 months. We stayed in the flat for almost 3 years and made significant improvement which went completely unnoticed. Now we're going into formal dispute. What a shame... I appreciate that most of the push back comes from José Pizarro himself but Madley Property should have done much better and stood up for the right thing. We should have taken words from some contractors about Mr. Pizarro’s greed and lack judgment in paying people their due. I really cannot understand how he can be in the restaurant business while being on the opposite side of common sense and generosity.

Having tired to sell our house with a different company before with no luck, Lloyd really turned things around. I would highly recommend selling you house through him. Nothing was a problem and he even supported us with the solicitors side of things as ours was not very productive. We can’t thank you enough!

We bought a property and Lloyd was our estate agent. We had a difficult sale (no fault with Madley / Lloyd) and he was very reassuring throughout the stress and we could tell it was a priority for him too. Lloyd was constantly giving us updates, chasing everyone who was being incompetent (almost everyone else involved) and especially towards the end helped us get into the property as soon as possible, as I had been sleeping on sofas for a month at this point. Would definitely recommend Madley, but especially Lloyd.

Madley have been managing the rental of my property in Canary Central for many years, and I have had virtually no void time, and little bother from the on-going rentals and search for new tenants - so a very good management company. Some time ago I mentioned the possibility of selling the property but said I was not in a hurry. Lloyd from Madely took note and has had the property on slow burn since. Having seen one potential purchaser not succeed in buying two properties being sold in the same block Lloyd contacted me and we agreed to offer the property. He secured an offer and also was able to get an improved offer that I believe was good for the current market. I had several helpful conversations with Lloyd whilst I was seriously considering the offer. In the event I decided not to sell but was very impressed with the professional way that Lloyd supported me and the potential purchasers. Many thanks to Lloyd and team
