I rented via them for an year. Dealing with Tonte Bo Douglas was very upsetting, he must work on his communication skills. Look, in 21st century customers expect PROMPT REPLIES and TRANSPARENCY above all. Truly deserves 1 star. I wrote to MD Jamie when I hit a road block getting a reply out of Tonte, it was matter regarding the deposit. Must say dealing with Jamie, Matt on another hand was an absolute pleasure. 5 starts. Sadly, I have to give 2 stars due to Tontes behaviour.

Madley has been very professional and friendly throughout the selling process. The main person who has ben dealing with my property is Lloyd, who managed to get a lot of viewings in a fairly difficult market. He has been very easy to communicate with and has dealt with the viewings - including giving prompt feedback from each potential buyer - brilliantly. Lloyd has also been very helpful in guiding me through the sometimes tricky process of solicitors, searches etc that kick in once I accepted an offer. Based on Lloyd's professional and friendly service - as well as the support of his colleagues Matt, Zamir and Regina - I would recommend any buyer to consider Madley when selling their property.

Have been considering selling my property in Canary Central and Lloyd at Madley has been marketing in a low key way. He recently identified a potential purchaser who had missed out on two properties in the block. We agreed to market the property to them. He did everything for us to find an apartment and move us in within a week of seeing the property, even getting up at 4.30am on his day off and working on a Saturday night to help us. He was so understanding of our stress and genuinely wanted to help us. Both Lloyd and Madley were great with dealing with our application and references, and us needing a guarantor was no problem to them. Their requirements and fees were really good for such an amazing service. Service was impeccable up until the day we moved in.. Then noone turned up to our check-in and it was all downhill from there - almost 2 weeks later and we still don't have all the keys for the property. Charlotte has been unhelpful, unapologetic and even rude - she seems inexperienced and unable to act appropriately when things go wrong. Tonte has so far been proactive and helpful, hopefully things will improve in his hands.
