GoogleHave sent and contacted JLL quite a few times but never heard back. It’s been almost one and half year, still haven’t got my deposit back. I won’t recommend anyone to rent or buy from JLL and will high recommend international students to avoid this estate agent. The funny thing is JLL wanted to charge me for those existing issues which were clearly stated in the inventory check in report. And I paid over £450 for the end of tenancy cleaning service via jll’s living app but they messed up the blinds which asked me to be charge for this again. Now I just want to confirm if jll still holding the deposit or it has been released to the landlord so I could put down the correct information for raising the claim.

GoogleI recently had dealings with Michael Harvey from JLL and can’t recommend him more highly. I was new to the UK market and understood little of the processes and pro’s and con’s of purchasing a property. Michael was very helpful (and patient) with all my questions and queries and provided very timely responses. I was impressed the way Michael had my best interests at heart but also of his client, the seller. Through Michael's understanding of my requirements he was able (at the last minute) to provide an opportunity to purchase my desired property, which I now gleefully own. Based on my personal experience, I would highly recommend Michael to anyone and I would not hesitate to use him again. Thank Michael!!!

Recently rented out my property with JLL, having previously purchased the same property two years prior and found them to have exceptional service at that time. Suffice to say I was incredibly pleased to see standards haven’t dropped in those two years and the service is still incredible. I was well informed and notified at every step in the process. They were knowledgable about the area and always happy to answer any questions I had both via email and telephone. Can’t thank Charlotte and Kiko enough for bringing everything together at incredibly short notice and getting my tenancy over the line with two incredible tenants. Very very pleased and can’t recommend them enough.

Jack took the time to explain everything in detail when he valued my property - walking me through his thought process when arriving at a valuation. When Liam took over the sales process he had a fantastic list of perspective clients to call upon and as a result found a buyer prior to going to market. Throughout the sales process, Liam was fully engaged and kept me updated at every stage. He was easy to get hold off and responded quickly to questions.
