GoogleHad a recent experience with JLL in trying to secure a new tenancy within one of their new complexes, Sugar House Island. We were unfortunately shown a property that was then unavailable due to building issues and wiring elements. This was frustrating initially, however, Eilis within the space of a few hours, provided us with new options, managed to virtually show us a new apartment, took our offer and placed it for us that afternoon. As we were keen to lock down the apartment as soon as possible, Eilis kindly let us know that we should hear before Monday and let us know on the Saturday that we were accepted. We started referencing on the Monday and are now in the process of finalising our tenancy. A great experience and a super helpful consultant in Eilis, which will hopefully continue up until we move in.

She was always responsive and helpful, promptly communicating our enquiries to the landlords and readily available to contact both via email and phone, and also accommodated us with a live video call viewing when we were unable to attend in person.

Just to say this is the best rental co I have dealt with to date....I have experienced 12 very different rental companies in many different cities over the years as a guarantor . JLL staff maintained good contact with me at all stages and that helped to make it a positive experience. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to use again this time from my perspective as a landlord. GoogleHave sent and contacted JLL quite a few times but never heard back. It’s been almost one and half year, still haven’t got my deposit back. I won’t recommend anyone to rent or buy from JLL and will high recommend international students to avoid this estate agent. The funny thing is JLL wanted to charge me for those existing issues which were clearly stated in the inventory check in report. And I paid over £450 for the end of tenancy cleaning service via jll’s living app but they messed up the blinds which asked me to be charge for this again. Now I just want to confirm if jll still holding the deposit or it has been released to the landlord so I could put down the correct information for raising the claim.
