GoogleElms Estates have been managing my property for close to ten years. I have found them to be highly professional, hard working and very courteous. My tenants issues have always been resolved in a timely manner and I have never experienced delays in receiving my rent. I can recommend them wholeheartedly to landlords and tenants alike. I have been using Elms to manage a flat for the past few years and I have been very happy with the service. I feel he acts like if he was owning the place himself and so takes a sensible approach regarding repairs or finding tenants as well as keeping an eye on the flat on a regular basis. The price is reasonable and all inclusive (I found that the big agencies tend to keep adding extra fees for any reason). The team knows the local area well and has a good list of tradespeople he can call to fix anything. They are very responsive to questions.

I have rented out my flat in Whitechapel for some years now, and have dealt with Elms Estates all of that time. My property is fully managed as I live too far away to do it myself, plus i dont have the expertise. Elms Estates have consistantly brought me excellent tennants and I can wholly recommend them. They are honest, reliable and trustworthy. I have little or nothing to do with the property and it has never been empty for more than a few days.

I have been dealing with Elms Estate Agents now for around 10 years off and on as a landlord and a seller and can only say that whatever problem has arisen with the properties they have managed for me it has been dealt with swiftly and professionally. They are very easy to deal with and competitive with their prices along with being efficent in the process. Of all the estate agents i have dealt with (and there has been many) I can definitely recommend them.

I have been using Elms Estates to manage my rental property for nearly ten years. In this time I have found them to be very professional, hard working and courteous. Personally, as a landlord my list of expectations from a managing agent is pretty short; I expect any issues with my property to be communicated to me and resolved in a timely manner. I expect my rent to be paid on time, and finally, but maybe most importantly, I don't want my property be be empty. Elms Estates has delivered a first class service and ticked all the boxes. Highly recommended.

Elms Estates have successfully managed my rental property for nearly ten years. During this time there has been a few changes of tenant but Elms have always found replacement tenants quickly, meaning that the property has never been empty for more than a few days. The team are friendly, efficient and helpful, and they provide an excellent management service making life much easier for me as an owner now living out of the area. .Any problems that arise are dealt with immediately and economically with no fuss. If you are thinking of renting out your property or looking for somewhere to rent, then I would recommend that you speak to Elms Estates first, you won't be disappointed!

I have entrusted Elms Estates to look after my property for a number of years. I simply cannot fault them they are BRILLIANT. Very friendly, efficient and 'people oriented' they provide a great management service not only to landlords but in my view to tenants as well. Where there have been problems with my property (for example simple and complex repairs) they have been quick to respond and have always been solution focused. With a wide range of local contacts, they always manage to get any work done in a timely, and the most cost-effective way – which is also fantastic for tenants. If you are thinking of renting out your property or indeed looking for somewhere to rent, then I believe you need look no further. I cannot praise this small, dedicated and hard-working team enough. I've rented out my property whilst living abroad for the past 10 years. I moved the management over to Rutland and the team at Elms 2 years ago and have never looked back. It's complete peace of mind knowing that they have both the tenants and Landlords best interests at heart. I would recommend them without hesitation, best in class by miles.

GooglePLEASE READ IF YOU ARE A TENANT - OR LOOKING TO RENT 1. Avoid this company if at all possible 2. Take photos of everything at the beginning and end of the tenancy. Keep track of all the emails between you and the company. 3. At the end of the tenancy, if they ask you to cover the cost of any damages, gardening etc do the following. - Ask for quote breakdowns of the works to be completed, the invoice for the works AND remittance to show that the payment was actually made from Elms to the builders/worker to make sure they are not overcharging you. Keep this all on file. We ended up going through My Deposits and arguing this point and got most of our money back. It took months but they sided with us. Do the full report and if you need any help or tips, look me up. UPDATE: Actually came across someone else recently who has just tried to get a flat with them as of September 2023 They said that when they turned up to the flat - the flat was in such horrendous condition that it was unliveable and at the time of our conversation, this person said Elms were refusing to give them their deposit back.

GoogleElms Estates have managed my property for me for many years. I have always found them responsive and efficient in dealing with repairs and inspections. They also lose no time in finding new tenants and checking their credentials. Their invoices are clear and concise and Rutland and Jade have been very personable throughout. Small local firm, who are hands-on and deal with problems and issues quickly and pro-actively. They know their clients, treat them attentively, remember them as individuals, providing overall excellent customer service. As a landlord I have always felt that they have rented my flat out as they would if they owned it, finding good tenants and not landing me with the first tenant that walked through the door. Touch wood long may it continue.
