GoogleI've had a very nice experience with Elms so far as a tenant; was slightly nervous about the whole process at the start, but the service I've received from Husnain and Elms throughout the time I've been renting has been excellent, and has made everything pretty straightforward and simple to deal with!

Elms really do know their market, and their clients. I was very impressed by the level of service from Chris in particular, who made sure I knew what was happening at every stage of the process.. As a seller I feel that I definitely benefited from the years of experience that Elms have and the attention to detail they show.. An all-round fantastic service - use them!

GoogleCan’t recommend Elms highly enough. They really made the process of buying much smoother. Hussain who clearly knows his stuff origins showed me the property. Then Shaun expertly saw the deal through. I will definitely do business with them again.

GoogleStarted rental process on 18th Dec. Raised concerns and issues to be addressed either prior to moving in on after. Never got any objections, just moving along to next step of process to the point tenancy agreement ready to be signed. Due to move in on 18th January 2021. I held off signing until I got my concerns addressed in writing. On the 11th (a week before move-in date) JADE phones to tell me majority of concerns will not be addressed, landlord NEVER agreed to it. "Rent as Seen". Rude and unprofessional. Not even professional cleaning as stated on initial contract (SITORA) because according to JADE flat already cleaned despite obvious dirt around the flat and carpet. Apparently that's because of viewings taken place over the weeks. So the build-up limescale in the bath/shower is because of potential tenants having a shower on the way out? Sitora became ex-colleague. Can't help but wonder if this was all a tactical move by the duo knowing it would be impossible to find another place to rent in a week while working full-time, hence I'll take the flat as is but on leave, clean professionally as stated on tenancy agreement. Being a family man, wife and two young children, I felt they could be trusted for the duration of contract. Dirty tactics. Got my deposit back.

GoogleI have been with Elms for over four years and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are professional, courteous, thoughtful - thinking of problems before they arise and solving them promptly. I have had water issues (not at all their fault) and they have spent the time and effort to make sure I was not inconvenienced. They also have made sure the repairs and safety checks are carried out to the highest standard. I have had bad landlords and lived in terrible flats and the team at Elms offer a level of service that is refreshingly considerate in an industry that can take advantage.

We found Elms when walking down Bethnal Green road. They were immediately able to show us some properties and offer support in finding the right fit. Through out our tenancy we could rely on them to get things fixed, and at the end it was a seamless process. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleIn the middle of the actual Covid-19 crisis Elms lied us on letting us know we were going to have a reduction the rent, which seemed true until the day the contract ended that they took that part from the deposit... A very unfair situation for people who struggles to pay their rent in those difficult moments. Furthermore, we were told they were going to release us from the contract as soon as they could find a new replacement tenants, then were no even trying it.
