GoogleWe have worked with Elms for a number of years now, renting a few properties. Adam from the management department, is one of the best portfolio managers we have come across. He is always at hand and very proactive within his approach. Very reasonable and fair. Adam is the kind of person that would give you an update, even if the update is 'There's no update', which in our opinion is better than nothing. Communication is great. Gets stuff done... Very happy throughout!

I’ve been dealing with Elms Estate for almost a year now and they have been the best agent I’ve ever dealt with. It’s always been simple and easy dealing with them and they have always come up with fast solutions to any queries or concerns we may have. They have really made us (myself and other tenants in the house) feel valued and we feel confident knowing that if we need them they will respond quickly. Villy in particular has been exceptional.

Chris is an excellent estate agent who I really rate and recommend. He sold us our flat in Bethnal Green and we found him to be honest and not pushy. When we wanted to rent the flat we didn't hesitate to go back to him and the service was excellent. They rented the flat to great tenants within 1 day of it going on the market. The rest of the Elms team have been great to deal with too.

GoogleBad rental experience with a landlord who did not respect his obligations (mice, broken washing machine that we had to repair at our own expense, broken furniture, etc.). Moreover, it was exhausting to chase the agency all year to try to get stuff fixed.

GoogleElms have managed my property for the past 13 years and I have never had cause to change agents. The boss, Rutland is unlike any other estate agent I have ever met. Honest, trustworthy, brilliant communication style, not too smooth and not above dealing with issues personally. I would recommend Elms to anyone who is looking for good old fashioned service and reliability in an environment increasingly populated by sharks.

GoogleIn my 7 years of renting in London, Elms hands down have been the best Estate Agent I've dealt with. My partner and I rented a little flat off them for 2.5 years. During that time whatever went wrong (broken showers, washing machines, mould issues, etc) Elms dealt with it swiftly and decisively. Special mention for Jade, who was always super lovely to deal with no matter the drama.
