I worked with Chris and the team at Elms renovating and selling a property through them last summer. Throughout the whole process they were very professional, knowledgeable and added value to the whole process, and most importantly they kept the chain moving and frequently provided me with updates.
During the renovation project they were able to provide me with specific local advice around what tenants would be looking for and how to market the property to achieve the best possible outcome. and maximum number of viewings from interested parties.
They made the whole process for a novice landlord / property developer relatively stress free and I highly recommend engaging with the team from the outset.
