Elms Estates is positioned in an enviable High Street location with tremendous foot traffic. GoogleGreat, personal local service! Elms Estates have been looking after my flat for nearly 12 years. They have always been pro-active in dealing with day-to-day tasks/management, straightforward in resolving problems, and on-time with payments and communications. What I really like though is that they are local to the area; it's their home too, they know it well and it shows. Thank you and keep it up!

GoogleVery bad service, poor time management and disgraceful behaviour by some of the team. Ended up leaving the property because Elms Estates were so bad, they failed to rectify a damp issue that got so bad there was a potent small and huge area of mould. Furthermore, when complaints were made there was very little done to rectify the issues.

GoogleI had the worse experience ever while renting with elms. They continued to charge us rent for living in a mouldy, water logged flat that only 2 months in didn’t something about. We hassled them daily about our issue but just they just palmed us off. They are slow, lazy and will do everything on the cheap.

As I understand the situation though, you are looking to terminate your Legally Binding Tenancy Agreement early and my colleagues are trying to facilitate this by finding new tenants in order to release you from your Tenancy Agreement.
