Katherine Donegal -- Professional , Proactive and so Efficient

We have been thoroughly impressed with Charters in all spheres. It was our first experience and interaction with them and purely coincidental as I found them online while searching for a suitable rental property from abroad. First impressions were created when Katherine Donegan (who turned out to be our agent) showed much initiative in contacting me personally via phone overseas when I sent a brief email needing some questions and answers needed. No other local agency responded like this ! We had very limited time within which to source a rental home and thankfully both the agent and property were very much to our liking. Katherine being so co-operative and sensing the difficulties of time and logistics tried her best to help make life easier ...leaving a lasting impression .

Excellent, professional and friendly advice

Samantha gave us excellent service. She found that the most competitive rate was offered by a lender renowned for requiring a huge amount of information and taking a long time to make decisions. Other advisers warned us to look elsewhere, but Samantha did not shirk the extra work. She and Marie kept us fully informed throughout the process and reassured us when we were losing patience.. The result - a five year fix at the best possible rate and two very satisfied customers. We would not hesitate to use Samantha again and recommend her without hesitation.

Fantastic experience throughout

Charters were absolutely excellent from the beginning to the end of our home sale. We were impressed with their customer focused service, they kept us informed throughout, feedback was always given and the viewings were handled with professionalism and most importantly with enthusiasm. The extra mile

Hayley was the vendor's agent for a house that we were ultimately unsuccessful in securing. The sale actually fell through because Hayley's client was a particularly difficult individual which made the whole process quite stressful. Nevertheless, Hayley showed us a lot of kindness and truly went the extra mile to try and resolve the difficulties caused by her client. Hayley was meticulous about following up and always delivered on her promises. She took the time to understand our requirements and did not bombard us with endless unsuitable properties. If we were ever to sell our house in the future, I would not hesitate in engaging Hayley. She is a consummate professional who takes the time to understand the needs of everyone involved in the transaction and reliably delivers on her promises with a healthy dose of humour when things get really stressful. This was an unpleasant experience, but we are truly appreciative of everything that Hayley did to get us through it as painlessly as possible. We couldn't have asked her for anything more. Very impressed

I came back to Tim to sell my house having aborted an earlier attempt due to the local school soliciting for developers to buy the green site by my house. There was no angst from him having put a lot of work into trying to sell it with no reward he first time and his team produced a stream of interested viewers resulting in a sale at the asking price.. This review has been delayed owing to BT failing to transfer my internet connection, getting ion line for the first time yesterday instead of 15 May. Relentless, tireless, unstoppable!

Hayley is a force to be reckoned with. She would ring me daily throughout my property search and constantly making helpful suggestions to cast my bet wider and increase my options. She also showed genuine care and sincerity when the sale of my property FL through and weakened my buying position. She would call just to find out how I was and what was happening. Refreshingly honest, supportive and a touch of good humour too

I warmed to Hayley instantly - she was friendly, open and honest from the start - characteristics that I would expect from any work colleague. We had to wait quite a while to get our offer accepted and Hayley went beyond the call of duty to keep us informed and updated along the way. Trying to buy a house can be emotionally stressful, and it was nice to have someone like Hayley at hand to support us during the process and add a bit of humour to it all too. We also sold our house through the same agents - and we were thrilled with the level of service from Hayley and the team. As a vendor, we need to hear the truth, even if sometimes that is not always what we want to hear. Hayley had a nice way of breaking news to us, in a constructive and positive manner. Jonny has been the best estate agent that we have dealt with so far in our house search. He has been the only one who has genuinely listened and understood our requirements - putting forward houses of the right character, size and location (many others seem to keep sending houses in other towns etc, despite us saying we were very particular!).
