Kirstie at Charters Farnham has been absolutely amazing trying to find me a property to rent, i was signed on with other companies and Kirstie was the only one out of all the Agents who called me regularly with new properties coming to market. if you are putting your house up for rent, go with Charters. Their competition (i use that term lightly, in my view they are not) have been appalling, not one call from any of them in 6 months.

Charters were very quickly on the ball. We actually had a viewing on the afternoon of our first meeting. In that first week we had over six viewings and we had a steady flow. All were positive but after week 4 we had no actual offers! My husband and I decided to reduce our asking price because we had seen a house we wanted. On that Saturday we had six viewings and our buyers came from one of them and paid asking price. I can say without reservation that their team were absolute stars. Very professional and supportive! You get a call with an update every week which is invaluable. I would readily recommend Charters for your sake

Charters have been brilliant from the start Its taken us over a year to move to this dream house and we had so many hurdles, but the team at charters were always there to get us through. Especially Nick who had to listen to my rants and despair as things went wrong, he would always listen and try and chase up what was happening and keep me as informed as possible. All the others in the office, Jamie and Harry that i spoke to were equally kind and compassionate to our position. I can’t recommend Charters Farnham more. This was our first house purchase, and Nick Degoede was excellent thought the entire process. With a few delays during our purchase, Nick was always on hand to help to try to resolve the issues between the sellers solicitors and ours. His communication was great, and always replied to phone calls or emails in a timely manner. Overall, Charters Farnham made our first house purchase a good experience. Would recommend to others.

I would thoroughly recommend Charters. The staff we dealt with were good at keeping us in the loop. Then once we had accepted an offer having a person to liaise whilst the sale was completing is such a good idea. Stephanie and her colleagues were so helpful and clear with their communication. We have sold another property with another agent very recently and the experience couldn't have been more different. The only thing I would say that could have been done differently is that her role could have been explained more clearly because it took a while for me to grasp what she did. But once I did it worked brilliantly Thank you .

Jamie and Dee have been amazing. Jamie has been a pleasure to deal with and has made so much effort in trying to find us the perfect home. He really listened to what we were actually looking for and really listened to our feedback, which isn't always the case at other estate agents. Dee was fabulous showing us around properties really relaxed and informative and gave you more than enough time to look around, never feeling rushed.
